Animal friendly 1900's remodel farm house. Great for 2 couples! 1 mile from Berlin,10 minutes from Ocean City and Assateague. Berlin and Assateague are both dog friendly. The Ocean room is the master with a kind bed on the second floor with bathroom. The Bay Room is on the second floor, double bed. Bathroom on first floor. Has a kitchen, living room, sun room, outdoor bar and kitchen and patio. My boyfriend, Lee and I live on the back of the property in a camper. So we are right here if you need anything or have any questions.

Perfect for Dogs

This place is located right in between the board walk and assateague island so you get the best of both with only a 10 minute drive. So much better than staying at a dog friendly hotel, I'd recommend this place a thousand times over. Really good communication with the owner as well, if you need anything at all, she's there to help. I'll be staying here again for sure.

My birthday weekend

Laurie was right there with us on Friday as we arrived. We talked with her for a little bit and immediately felt very comfortable. The house is plesantly old, decorated with a lived in feel, plants all over, neat and clean. And, located close to Assateaque, Ocean City and of couse the outer skirts of Berlin.

Lovely place to stay outside of Downtown

Laurie has a terrific place: it is comfortable and quiet, and centrally located between the beaches and downtown Berlin. A wonderful place just to relax!

Lovely and dog friendly!

Laurie was an attentive host checking regularly to make sure we were set. We loved the boho-beachy back yard for relaxing with our 3 dogs. Lots of other outdoor space for them too. Very close to Berlin with quaint shops and good restaurants that were not overpriced. Easy 10-15 minute drive to the Assateague beaches which we fell in love with!

Great dog friendly house

What a whimsical, charming, dog-friendly house. We had a great stay and will definitely be back The host, Laurie, was great. She was great with communication and gave great recommendations for restaurants and local activities.The property is perfect for dogs with a fenced in exercise and potty area. Close to Assateague beaches and downtown Berlin. Don't miss the farmers market in downtown Berlin on Sundays. It's one of the best I've been to.

Great place for a needed getaway

Great place for a short getaway for my husband myself and our two dogs. The fenced in yard for the dogs made our time at the house very relaxing. The house was equipped with everything you need. Nice kitchen. Berlin was a cute town with great food. I would definitely recommend. We will stay there when coming back to the area.

Cozy home in a great location

Amazing house in a great location

We were on a girls weekend and wanted to go to Assateague National Lakeshore to see the wild horses. We found this house and it was the perfect location! Only minutes from Assateague as well as grocery stores and the town of Berlin, Md, which had many restaurants and stores. Laurie was a great host and even made a point of coming to visit us to meet us, which was a bonus! We spent 2 nights here and had a great time! Thank you, Laurie!

Great place, huge yard close to downtown Berlin

My husband and I went for a long weekend. The backyard is great for relaxing and for pups. Very quaint house. Had everything we needed. Host was great and gave us lots of local recommendations. High recommend!

Unique, comfortable home in quiet area

Laurie has done an amazing job creating a beautiful vacation getaway from an early 20th century home. Communication with her was clear and easy, and the property had everything we needed and more. The indoor decor is really nice, and the outdoor area/patio is very inviting. Historic downtown Berlin is a very short drive, and we loved the access to Assateague.

Pup friendly!

Laurie's property is awesome and super pup friendly. She allowed us to bring our 5 dogs. It was our first time traveling with all of them! We had such a great weekend at her place! Super close to all the beaches, sholping and fun!! Book the house, bring your dog and you wont regreat it! Thanks again! 🐾🐾🐾🐾🐾💓

Lovely, relaxing,, perfect host!

Laurie's property was welcoming and so charming! We loved the decor and the beautiful sitting area outside! Our dog had plenty of room to run and explore. We enjoyed playing darts and making s'mores in the outdoor sitting area while watching Netflix on the bar TV! Laurie was a wonderful host!

Fun time!

Such a great place, close to everything yet far enough away so you can truly enjoy the area without all the crazy traffic of OC. The outdoor space is amazing! You can just sit and chill for hours at the bar with sectional seating and a TV, along with lots of cozy spots. There was darts, horseshoes and an outside shower to wash off the sand from the beach. Laurie clearly takes pride in her pet friendly home, each room is filled with treasures she’s found or created. At the end of the day, we enjoyed a great nights rest in the super comfy king bed. Laurie was available to answer any questions we had and gave us pointers where the locals go for a great meal. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Ideal setup for family with dogs

Our first trip with our dogs was a success. Laurie was an excellent hostess and made us feel at home. Great location! Convenient to Assateague and Ocean City. Home was comfortable with plenty of space and anything we needed was supplied. The outdoor setup is really nice for entertaining and there is a good amount of parking available. Restaurants in the area were good and Berlin is a fun town to walk.
