Vårt hem ligger på en kanal precis utanför St Martins River / Bay. Vi är husdjursvänliga upp till (2) hundar med en avgift. Ocean Pines är verkligen en juvel som ligger bara 5 miles från Ocean City och Atlanten. Samhället har fyra utomhuspooler, en inomhuspool, en 18-håls utformad golfbana, helt nya yacht club, två marinor. en samlingslokal, en tennis komplex, fotbollsplaner, baseball fält, basketplaner, flera sjöar och många parker, lekplatser, vandringsleder och en ny skateboardpark. Ocean City Beach Club med stranden parkering, pool, snackbar, Tiki Bar och toaletter och duschar med direkt tillgång till stranden i Ocean City. Contemporary Waterfront Home med 3 sovrum, 2 badrum, sover 11 bekvämt. Veranda med utsikt över kanalen. Direkt-TV och trådlöst internet. Fullt utrustat kök, central AC, tvättmaskin / torktumlare, husdjursvänlig. Vissa hyror under sommarsäsongen har tillgång till alla pooler, (4) badpass och (1) parkeringskort ingår i 1 juni-september veckouthyrning.

Ocean Pines Community: Ocean Pines är ett främsta bostadsområde som ligger på Maryland's Eastern Shore. Med över 9 miles av vattnet, och tillräckligt träd för att skugga de flesta av de 3000 hektar, är Ocean Pines verkligen en juvel som ligger bara 5 miles från Ocean City och Atlanten.

Nice home, but needs updating.

We enjoyed our stay -- especially that we could have our dogs with us. Unfortunately, there was an ant infestation when we arrived. The ants were in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The owner was very responsive and had an exterminator come out. However, we still had to throw out some food and ended up with ant bites. The twin bed mattresses need to be updated.

A home away from home at 3 Clipper Court

My husband and I and our little dog enjoyed our stay.It was comfortable and spacious with all of the amenities we could ask for. Our hosts were there for us whenever we had a question of any kind. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. And we highly recommend it to anyone who wants to feel at home in a lovely setting by the water.

Winter Retreat

We traveled to Maryland to escape the single digit temps in the Poconos mountains. This home was clean, cozy and just what we expected from the listing photos. The location is quiet and the King Bed in the main suite was very comfy. We have been to Ocean Pines twice and definitely will return to this VRBO property!

Well equipped house in a great location. Plenty of room for 6 or 8 people with a great open kitchen and living room. Communication with owner was easy and she responded to. Calls quickly.

Quaint quiet get away

The neighborhood was very nice as were the neighbors. Property was “as shown in pics”. When we came, the weather was not nice so we didn’t get time to use the enclosed porch or deck. It would have been nice. Close to everything we needed and only a 20 min drive to the beach. Overall the stay was very nice. Bring your own sheets, bath mats, towels etc. other amenities are def available. I give it 4.5 stars overall. Beautiful place and scenery.

October getaway

We enjoyed our stay, the beach is not far, the playground was great, the house was clean and comfortable. We were close to restaurants, shopping, activities and the beach was just a short drive away.

Always a great stay

Sue's wonderful home is always extremely clean & welcoming as we walk through the door. We have stayed several times & love the house & location. The open LR, DR & kitchen is amazing, especially for large families. We've had a full Thanksgiving dinner there & had everything we needed & then some. Love the screened porch & the deck for coffee or drinks. Being on the canal is so very peaceful & it's an easy walk to the pool, tennis courts & lovely path to the water. We were there during TS Ophelia & it was extremely windy & we had pouring rain, but we felt very safe & were completely dry. This was a last minute trip & we were very fortunate that Sue was able to work with us & secure our stay. Very grateful. Sue is the best! We will definitely try to rent Sue's beautiful home in the future. Thank you SO much!

Relaxing Getaway

Our family enjoyed a lovely, relaxing week in Ocean Pines. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. Easily accomodates pets. The house was clean, cozy and stocked with everything needed for cooking. We did encounter a small problem with the lockbox, but this was easily resolved. Within a short drive to everything we needed to enjoy the vacation!
