All apartments in the annex buildings have a terrace or balcony. Some apartments have a view of the valley. Equipped with a flat-screen TV, the apartments include a equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom.

In the area around ChĂąteau des Magnans, you can enjoy various activities such as horseback riding, rafting and hiking in the Mercantour National Park. The residence is located at the entrance to the Col de la Bonnette road, a popular road for cyclists.
The residence is at 7 km from Barcelonnette and 30 minutes by car from the Italian border. You can park for free in the parking or garage. A free bus service serves the ski resorts and neighboring villages.
