Welcome to our cozy 1 bedroom bungalow. Ideal for romantic getaways, vacations or the business traveler looking for a hotel alternative. Fully fenced backyard with a lovely and private deck patio. Walking distance to all amenities, minutes away from all the main attractions of Clifton Hill. The home is professionally decorated with stainless appliances. Extra precautions have been taken and we have a professional cleaning company to help protect our guests.

The space
If you are looking for an incredibly cozy place in Niagara Falls, look no more as you have found it. This place is close to most attractions and not to mention one of the seven wonders of the world "The Falls". The home offers 1 Bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as sofa bed to accommodate the number of guests specified in the listing. Kitchen with pots and utensils to cook your own meal or if you like order in from one of the local restaurants.

In only a 1.3km walk, you'll be standing at the top of Clifton Hill! At the bottom of Clifton Hill you'll be able to feel the mist of the falls on your face! The house is a comfortable and relaxing retreat.

The house is perfect for a couples or family retreat. The bedroom is a queen size bed with new premium quality mattresses, hotel quality linens and thick luxurious towels. The house is ideal for up to four people.

High-speed Internet, Wi-Fi and television are all included.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Toaster, Coffee maker and electric kettle are also there for your convenience.

Plenty of coffee, tea and bottled water are stocked for your enjoyment. Salt, Pepper and Olive Oil are also stocked in the kitchen for your convenience. Nothing is worse than waking up in the morning to no coffee!

The backyard is nicely maintained with a privately fenced yard and a beautifully furnished large deck patio. The long driveway will comfortably fit up to three cars.

We really enjoyed our stay. The fenced in yard, washer and dryer, and beautiful yard were definitely appreciated. The central air was a big plus!

It’s a nice little property. The floors are a little uneven so you just must be careful when walking and the bathroom unfortunately is right off the kitchen. Otherwise for a couple days and for the value, this place is a little gem. It is nicely located near a lot of the Niagara Falls attractions.

Lovely little home close to all the action on a nice quiet property. The home is very clean and comfortable! The driveway is large and easy to navigate in and out of. Anthony is an excellent host with great communication!I really appreciated the central AC on the hot days. Nice that there's a BBQ on the back porch as well, with some nice outdoor sitting areas.I loved staying here and will definitely be back!

We stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and a short walk to Clifton Hill. The fenced in back yard is nice if you have a dog, it is pet friendly. I appreciated the Keurig to make a quick cup of coffee in the mornings. The host is friendly and communicates quickly also!

This was a great place to stay for my wife and I. It came exactly as advertised great communication by the property manager. Extremely clean and today. I would highly recommend this property to anybody who wants to be within walking distance of Clifton hill

We were here for 3 nights. The location was great for us. Close to where our friends were staying and Not too far from the Falls. The cottage had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces. It was very comfortable. We’d come back and we’d recommend it! Thx

Small, nice home in a great location

House was perfect for us and our small dogs. AC/heat worked well. Door code was easy to remember. I would go again. My only complaint is that the tv/cable box etc setup was super slow working to the point that it seems like it's quit working at times.

3 outside spaces for a coffee or wine and cheese break. Check-in could have been difficult - the door code was to be my phone number, but had not been loaded. I arrived 15 min. before 3 and got in by the cleaning staff. If I had arrived 15 min after 3 when they had left, my phone number would not have unlocked the door.

Ross, thanks for your feedback. Check in is at 3pm not before because the cleaning team needs the time to prepare the home. You arrived an hour early and the team needed to finish. You went into the home before your stay began while they were trying to complete preparations. This stressed the team and caused them to call their manager because they asked you to return at 3pm but you did not want to and remained at the home with them. Your entrance code was provided to you and ready for you to utilize. We even had our maintenance team member present at the home to help show you how to use it properly. He also gave you a general tour and showed you how to use the televisions, microwave and coffee maker. Not sure how check in could be a problem with this level of service. Had you arrived at 3pm or after, everything would have been ready for you.

Close to everything

The home was close to everything and we enjoyed spending time in the yard. The internet and air conditioning worked well and the sinks and shower had good water pressure and the hot water did not run out. The home is older and slants to the right and the bathroom door is challenging to close, but for the price, we overlooked the shortfalls. If you close the bedroom door, you can get the room nice and dark for sleeping in or an afternoon nap. We took a couple short walks around the block, which we enjoyed. Of course being close to Niagara Falls was the best part of the trip. There are nightly fireworks through October 9th. This was definitely worth a quick drive to see the fireworks over the falls and the illuminated falls at 10pm.

This is our second stay at this property and we will be sure to be back again.This is a very nice 1 bedroom house in a quiet and safe area of Niagara Falls. The house is well appointed and has everything you will need for your stay. There are several fast food choices about 1 block away for convenience.We had my Dog with us and there is a fenced backyard for your Dog as well as several parks nearby for walks. It is about a 20 minute walk to the Falls and Clifton Hill area and about 30 minutes to the Casino.Check in and communication with our host Anthony was great.I recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Niagara Falls.
