The place was clean and as pictured in website. Keith was quick to get back to me when I reached out with a couple questions. The restaurant recommendations given by email were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Newport Gem

The apartment is in the best location. It is walking distance to restaurants, shops and waterfront, but off the main streets so it is quiet too. The apartment is clean, stylish and spacious. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely stay here again!

EXCELLENT - a must stay!!!

First of all, the pictures don’t do the place justice. It’s huge! And so cute. The location is amazing! The communication with the management team leading up to our visit was top notch. We will absolutely be renting this spot when we come back to Newport!!

Perfect location, huge space, could not ask for more

Location is central to all. Owner is very responsive about one request and one ask-immediate action. Place is HUGE, much larger than photos. Check in was seamless, parking was available most of the time and windows/light all wonderful. Thank you! We actually own a place nearby we rent out in the off season so this was just as good as being at our own place-all amenities of home!

Excellent location!

I took my daughters and dog for 2 nights so that we can visit Salve Regina University. The unit was perfect in location, comfort, spacious and tastefully decorated. They provided all the amenities of a hotel stay with plenty of towels and stocked bathroom. It is located 2 blocks from piers and bustle of the shops and restaurants on Thames Street. I would highly recommend this property. Thank you to the owners for your attention to detail !

Amazing property! Finally a property that IS who they say they are and provides what they say they will (and more!). I cannot wait to come back and stay here again. We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 young kids, ages 10, 8 & 4). The Pros:1. Incredible location. Short walk to Bowen's wharf, all the buzz downtown & short drive to the beach! Short walk to the free bus that took us to the Newport Mansions as well.2. In the pics, the apartment looks small. In person, it's actually HUGE and spacious. Bathroom was amazing for bathing kids. Kitchen needs updating definitely but did the trick for the week!3. Entry to the property was VERY easy & communication effective & prompt.4. There is a driveway and luckily we never had to pay for parking - this was a huge bonus (it IS first come first serve though).5. The house was very clean. We stayed a whole week so we often saw the cleaners going in and out of the units. It's also GREAT that they provided toilet paper, paper towels, sponge & dish soap, bath towels and bed linens. Cons:1. Ant problem in the kitchen. Ants don't bother me much but it's a BIG problem. They were everywhere. I saw the traps but they didn't work.2. If offering a washing machine, a dryer is necessary. Couldn't dry clothes. (I recommend taking out the wine shelf & putting a stacked unit).3. Need more hooks in the bathroom! For towels, for hanging up bathing suits, etc. 1 hook is NOT enough.Loved this place! Would absolutely stay again -minus the ants!

Comfortable, sprawling two bedroom upper floor apartment. Limited parking in a hard to park neighborhood. Kitchen is large but sparsely stocked. Great neighborhood, near most everything. Would definitely recommend.
