Loft was very clean, neighborhood was quiet. Except for the house we were staying in. We found out at the end of our stay that the family below us was the ownerâs daughter and was visiting for the week. We then understood why we felt as if we were intruding in this home throughout our stay. Children yelling, running in the house, scooters everywhere in the yard, multiple cars. At times it was hard to pull out of the driveway due to the quantity of cars, bikes, and mopeds. At one point our designated spot was occupied but we were not allowed to park on the street. Our dogs were very nervous with the noise so even though they were crated, we cancelled much of our plans. We were there for our sonâs regatta at Fort Adams and needed to be close to the park due to launch times. Typically we stay at another location farther away.,Even though the location to Fort Adams was terrific, and we are in Newport on a monthly basis, we would not stay at this property again. We have no way of knowing if this was a one off or regular occurrence.
