Ein Traum...das Haus 🏡 mit Design und vielen Kleinigkeiten mit viel Charme
Wir haben uns alle sehr Wohl gefühlt. Ein Haus mit allen Komfort und liebevoll eingerichtet. Sogar das Toilettenpapier war als Rose gefaltet und im Kühlschrank wartete ein Flasche Champagner auf uns. Leider zu kurz aber wir kommen wieder. Vielen lieben Dank Familie Grasses

Ein traumhaftes Feriendomizil mit allem was das Urlauberherz begehrt! Die gute Laune beginnt bereits bei der Kommunikation mit dem Hausbesitzer Herr Grasses - sehr freundliche, kompetente Kommunikation. Der erste Eindruck auf den Bildern hält was er verspricht - bereits beim Öffnen der Haupttüre "flasht" es einen und bei der weiteren Begehung des Hauses werden die Augen immer größer. Ein traumhafter Pool - und Poolbereich, Top Küche und -ausstattung, eine traumhafte Couch zum chillen, die Bäder sind groß mit tollen Duschen. Die SONOS-Soundanlage ist perfekt - wenn man sich die App runterlädt kann man seine eigene Musik überall abspielen, viele Geräte mit KI-unterstützung und für Kinder ist es angenehm das man sich mit seinen eigenen Pay-TV Zugängen an den TV Geräten einloggen kann. Einen großen Supermarkt (Publix) in unmittelbarer Nähe der wirklich alles hat! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig - ab und zu fahren ein paar Boote vorbei... Wir haben unsere "Auszeit" mit den Kindern hier sehr genossen😘!

Best vacation!!
We have stayed in many rentals over the years and this by far was the best! The house and pool are amazing!! And the owners have thought of absolutely everything you might need during your stay! Great location to restaurants and groceries. Also not to far from some beautiful beaches. Don't look any further. This is the place to rent. We will definitely be back!

Traumhaftes Objekt, welches allen erdenklichen Luxus bietet. Architektur und Einrichtung zeugen vom erlesenen Geschmack des Besitzers. Perfekt bis ins Detail. Die Lage am westlichen Kanal mit Blick in die Mangrovelandschaft ist perfekt. Inkl. schöner Sonnenuntergänge. Pool und Whirlpool suchen Ihresgleichen. Fantastischer Urlaub nach 2 Jahren Zwangspause
Ich kann nur positives berichten über die Villa Elsy. Angefangen mit der fantastischen Lage am Spreader, hier kann man in völliger Privatsphäre seinen Urlaub geniessen. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl. Der Pool ist traumhaft, mit Overflow und gemütlichem Whirlpool. Jeder der ein gehobenes Haus sucht wird bei dieser Villa fündig. Als Cape Coral Fan kann ich jedem dieses Haus ohne Bedenken empfehlen. Der super nette und informative Kontakt mit dem Hausbesitzer rundet das perfekte Erlebnis ab. Immer wieder gerne.

Fantastic play to stay and relax in Cape Coral.
We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. You have a beautiful home and environment. We would very much like to return again. Your home exceeded all of our expectations. We will happily recommend this to very good friends. Check-in process was very helpful also, the greeter was friendly and relaxed in showing us around. The welcome packet was very detailed and organized to assist us with any questions which should arise during the stay. Great care was given to provide the most peaceful ambience throughout the home; a perfect environment to be able to disconnect from the stressors in our lives. . Everything was perfect. We leave here smiling and relaxed. Amazing house, Super Clean with an amazing view
My husband and I stayed this past week. You will not be disappointed with this house in any way. Super clean and has amazing views from the pool out to the water behind the house and even from inside the house in just about every room. We sat out by the pool for hours and watched the fish jump all week. We left the house only a few times, because we just really loved relaxing in the pool. Property Management was a great help. Check in and Check out was a breeze. This house is definitely on our list of houses to revisit for sure!!

Amazing!
Thank you Walter for sharing your house. We all loved it. It was so clean. You had everything needed to cook. We used the grill several times. The pool was quiet and relaxing. We rented kayaks for a little morning exercise. Also walked the neighborhood too. It truly is a beautiful home.

Spring break
Our family of 5 stayed here for spring break! We have a 16 year old and 2 13 year olds. They flipped out when they saw the property. The house is beautiful very modern. Sonos all throughout the house was easy to work and fun to listen. The doors opening up to the infinity pool was gorgeous and so relaxing. We didn’t want to leave.

Exquisite in every way!
We all felt at home as soon as we walked in and were immediately delighted by the cleanliness and the most amazing pool area/lanai we've ever experienced in a rental property. Walter provided detailed information prior to arrival, and you truly feel that you are being welcomed into someone's home - and not a rental property. The gourmet kitchen is stocked with EVERYTHING you need to prepare meals, and there are plenty of towels, toiletries, etc. We lived in the pool area and enjoyed gorgeous sunsets and waving to passing boaters. We hoped to return next March, but alas, the property is already booked for March and April. However, we'll keep looking for openings because we definitely want to return. This was a perfect experience for everyone. Thank you, Walter, for opening your stunning home to us.

Amazing place highly recommend
This property has every detail you’d ever want in a home let alone a vacation rental. There are 2 exceptional master bedrooms with corner telescoping doors opening up to the pool as well as a third bedroom with its own bath adjacent. I thoroughly enjoyed having the telescoping doors open in the morning and working from the comfortable orange chair. The pool and hot tub were fabulous. We even had fun fishing off the dock. The owners thought of every detail in the design of the house including the coolest LED lighting I’ve ever seen. The kitchen was well equipped and we also used the pool noodles and beach chairs. I had 10 friends ask me for the rental listing after seeing my pictures on Facebook. Highly recommend booking this place you won’t be disappointed.

GREAT LOCATION
Property was clean and the outdoor kitchen was great. The lighting took a minute to get used to as there were many options and lighting schemes. The location was great because of the privacy and it was easy to get to the things we wanted to do. My only complaint was the electrical usage charge as we went over apparently almost 100.00 and we had to pay that in cash or check (who carries their check book on vacation?) I would have been more than happy to put on the card we used to rent it. I don't carry a lot of cash on vacation for obvious reasons so we all came up with it together but there went the cleaning crew tip. As we needed some cash for airport etc... on our return home. The electric charge was only disclosed at check in. Be prepared. The Villa was very modern and over all it was a great place to stay.

Touch of Paradise!
Villa Lady Elsy rocks! It is a stunning house in a perfect location for boaters and water lovers. The house sits on a canal looking west to the mangroves, which you see just beyond the infinity pool and hot tub. The house has an open floor plan allowing for complete immersion in to the environment. Boaters pass by throughout the day, and everyone is so friendly.
