You are located in the centre of Bordeaux, close to the famous Museum of Contemporary Art (CAPC), the beautiful quays and along the Garonne river. The tramway B is in front of your flat and allows you to visit this beautiful city at your leisure.

The flat is equipped with hair dryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Linen is provided (sheets, towels and tea towels) and beds are made on arrival.

## DEPOSIT

A bank imprint of €750 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the secure online service Swikly, it is compulsory and must be made before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is not blocked or debited and does not affect the maximum amount you can use your credit card. You will only have to pay a service fee of €8,50.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

We loved this apartment in the exclusive Chartrons neighborhood of Bordeaux. The tramway stop is a few steps away, providing easy access to the entire city. Also a few steps away is a fabulous restaurant, Le K Baroque, which is not to be missed. It was a great experience that exceeded our expectations.

Incredible location. 2 small issues.

Everything was awesome. The location and quality of the flat was top-notch. 2 small issues: 1. The in-room A/C units were not very effective. 2. There is an odd smell in the hallway OUTSIDE the flat. Still give it 5/5 stars.

Stinks and not as described

There was a horrendous smell in the entrance and stairwell for our entire stay, this was reported but no solution offered. It was that bad that I was physically sick. I was staying with 3 children, we all had to keep noses covered when walking through. On booking I requested a river view which i was promised but had no such view. Communication has been terrible, no response to messages. I would NOT RECOMMEND!

Comodo apartamento en excelente localizacion

Comodo apartamento con excelente ubicacion, metodo de transporte frente al apartamento. Se puede caminar al centro de la ciudad. Restaurantes a pasos del apartamento.
