Private Cozy Comfy 1BR Suite

This is a cozy one-bedroom suite with private entrance with a queen size comfortable bed with walk-in closet and full bathroom. Located in a safe quiet residential area which is central to all Nanaimo has to offer.

Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

The suite is on the lower level of the house and has limited views of the valley and distant ocean views. It offers beautiful sunsets which allows for peace and tranquility.

Occasionally the deer will stroll by, we have a few Stags (male deer) in the area. No worries they are on the other side of the gated and fenced yard and do not have access to the private area.

The beach and seashore is five minutes away, within walking distance or if you prefer to drive.

Make your reservation and enjoy the best that Nanaimo has to offer by staying in a central, easily accessible, yet private location.

Note: there are 30 steps to take down to the suite. There is a railing for safety.

We had a wonderful stay here. Our VRBO was clean and well stocked with supplies and coffee pods. The walk in closet was a huge bonus. We appreciated the fan in the bedroom. The outside terrace was a great place for morning coffee.

Beautiful, clean suite with gorgeous views of the area. Hosts were quick to communicate and helpful. The location was pleasant and quiet, but far from amenities. We loved that we had access to a full kitchen, but found some of the equipment was damaged or low quality, and simple things like a pair of scissors were missing. Great spot to stay for exploring pipers lagoon, neck point park, and ammonite falls, but would recommend getting any needed supplies before arrival.Beautiful views and really enjoyed having an outdoor space for meals.

This was our 2nd stay at this VRBO as it’s conveniently located and has everything we need. The suite is immaculately clean and the temperature was nice and cool even though it was hot and sunny during our stay. The backyard is a relaxing, private retreat. We will definitely book again!

Very pleasant, comfortable, well-equipped suite, in a lovely, scenic,quiet neighbourhood, with easy access to many amenities. The coffee pods and tea bags provided were a nice touch.

Nice quiet location close to Neck Point

Clean modern suite with well appointed kitchen Excellent supply of cooking supplies, dishes, etc.Comfortable bed. Our only suggestion would be to replace the loveseat as it is the only seating option other than the kitchen chairs and it was not very comfortable and the reclining feature didn’t work properly.

Hidden getaway

The property was great. The stairs were difficult...maybe need a railing along the house but all else made our stay good and it was easy for meals etc. Liked the fact there was a bath tub and lots of cooking materials. Couch was broken on one side but very useable. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

We had everything we needed. Cozy and comfortable home. VeryClean and quiet. The only problem was the amount of stairs down to unit. Difficult when having large luggage to carry down & up. Other than that everything was perfect, thank you!

Cozy little gem.

We had a lovely visit to Nanaimo and this property exceeded our expectations. Very clean and nicely furnished. All amenities were provided and we were able to relax and enjoy our time with our daughter who is attending VIU. Couldn't have asked for a better place.

Very nice

Well maintained suite in a quiet neighborhood. Host and hostess were very responsive to requests. Only 10-15 minutes from downtown Nanaimo by car. Works highly recommend.
