The second guest bedroom is a queen with an ensuite bath and a private screened front porch, ensuring ultimate comfort and privacy for guests. This queen ensuite bath features a single vanity and a soaker tub with a shower. The screened porch has seating for two and is very private, surrounded by lush landscaping. This private home is perfect for two couples and or young families wanting a beachfront Seaside escape!

The second floor is designed with an open floor plan that connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room, creating a bright and airy space perfect for entertaining or unwinding with gulf views throughout. The dining area comfortably seats five and offers glimpses of the Gulf, making it an ideal place to enjoy meals while taking in the beauty of the coastal landscape just outside your generous beachfront porch.

Adjacent to the dining area, the living room is surrounded by a wall of windows, providing stunning panoramic views of the Gulf and flooding the space with natural light. The kitchen, conveniently located next to the dining and living areas, is well-equipped for preparing meals and creating memorable moments with family and friends. The kitchen features a large double door fridge with ice maker and water dispenser, a six-burner gas Viking stovetop and oven, coffee pot, microwave, and ample cookware to prepare meals at home.
