A most pleasant stay!

There were three of us staying there, and we couldn't have been more comfortable and enjoyed the stay more. Loved the space! Loved the area! A great place for a vacation!

This home was exactly how described. The two beds made it really nice for my two children. There was also enough room for our dog crate! You can't beat this for the price. The beach is a short walk away. It is located in a cute little neighborhood. We loved walked our dog through the neighborhood. There were two pools, a fitness room, and some courts. There was a kayak included and we rented a few more from the local Ocean Rentals. We walked the kayaks right down the street in the neighborhood and launched them from right there! It was so cool to see the area from the bay side! The only thing we forgot were hand towels and washcloths so remember those and towels. The owner, Gerardo was super nice. We noticed a leak that wasn't urgent, and he was there in ten minutes. We saw him a few more times throughout the stay, and he was always making sure everything was going well and that we were enjoying our stay. I would definitely rent from him again!

Long weekend getaway

This rental was perfect my family (4 adults). It was comfortable, clean, and the proximity to the beach was awesome! We were able to relax and enjoy our time together on the porch while my husband grilled our dinners. We enjoyed time at the pool and beach. Communication with the owner was excellent! We would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely time at this site. It was just right for my husband and I. So close to the beach and the front porch was so nice to sit on in the evening. There were a few issues but Gerardo was great and he took care of everything quickly.

Pros 1. Location is excellent. 3 minutes walk to the nearest beach. Walking distance to a restaurant. 2. The trailer has all convenient features - fridge, microwave, electric kettle, ice maker, toaster etc. All appliances were working.3. The AC worked great in the middle of a hot summer day. Water pressure was good enough. Hot water was available. 4. Communication from host starting from the booking inquiry to the point of checking in to the property was great. 5. Check in process was easy to understand 6. Parking our SUV was convenient 7. No big insects or cockroaches in property. No spiders either. Cons1. Bathroom was dirty. There were dark patches in the shower which I’m guessing could be mold? Needs deep cleaning. 2. There were a few mosquitoes and ants.3. The place is big enough for 2-3 people max. Definitely not for 6 people as advertised, at least according to my standards. 4. Communication from host right from the point of checking in and during the entirety of our stay was untimely. I sent him 5 messages during our stay for a few things that we needed but the only time he responded was after I informed him that we checked out following the check out rules.

Nice location in Sandbridge RV resort

This is a great location for exploring Sandbridge. It is an RV, so space is limited, but the large covered porch really extends the living area. The owners communicate well and are attentive to their guests' needs. They provide use of a propane grill, beach chairs and even kayaks - our guys took out the tandem kayak from the boat ramp and enjoyed paddling around the sound a bit. There are pools, bathhouses and plenty of dog-walking areas, and access to the beach is a quick walk away just across Sandpiper Road. We really enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately, we didn’t experience the cleanliness and comfort expressed by others. Cons:- there were ants and spiders everywhere (even in the bed and all over the walls). Ants were crawling all over the trash can and there was visible grime buildup that was attracting them. I aprayed it with Clorox and it helped a little, but the ants were still elsewhere throughout the home. - the bathroom was old and reeked of mildew and the floor of the shower was peeling away and the mat in the shower was old and discolored- small shower anyone taller than 5’6” and/or overweight will have a hard time fitting in the shower, and you have to step up into the shower about a foot- water pressure varied- fridge was falling apart and missing the door handle- areas throughout the home was duct taped together or duct taped closed- the AC unit and ceiling fan in the bedroom were noisy- there was a significant amount of sand in the sheets on the queen bed and that was found when we went to sleep the first night- there were also roach traps throughout the home, could be preventative, but I had my doubts based on the number of ants and spiders inside the home. Pros: - location (5 min walk to the beach)- beach wagon available for use- small community pool- step stool in the home- ice machine in the homeOverall, we would not return because we were so uncomfortable for the duration of our stay. We should not have had to pay a cleaning fee due to the state of the rental.

Great location and perfect for two adults

The rental was spotless and in a great location near the pool and beach. The owner was excellent about interacting and responding quickly and with needed info. My brother is 6'4" so the fan was a bit hazardous for him. I think this is a perfect place for a couple, maybe with a couple of small kids. The porch area was really cute and comfortable for a large gathering! It was perfect for my brother and his wife; we had a separate unit where we stayed. A wonderful time was held by all of us! Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Never again!!!!!!!!

Very dirty. Had to clean our way through the unit. Piles of pots and dishes on top of the refrigerator and on the counter, items were thrown in the cabinets instead of being put away neatly. We weren’t expecting the Hilton, but when you charge twice as much as the Hilton, you could have at least cleaned the unit before renting it out.

Nice stay

Inside of property was very clean and nice. Nice, quiet neighborhood, the campground pool was wonderful. Beds comfortable, AC worked great (and it was crazy hot when we were there), ice maker in freezer didn’t work but there was a little counter top ice maker and we bought ice at the store which was fine. Gerardo was very nice and responsive and told us to use any beach equipment that he had. The only complaint I have is the amount of spider webs, spiders and bugs on the outside porch and all the railings. We didn’t even want to sit out on the very lovely porch area because of all of it. A quick cleaning of the porch and railings prior to people staying would be great. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

Perfect little getaway

We have a family of six and this was just right for us. Host is wonderful! One small issue and he took care of it right away. Porch was our favorite! Nice breeze. Location is excellent. Two minute walk to the ocean/beautiful beach, one minute to the inlet/boat ramp. The water/inlet is great for fishing not kayaking. Not very deep at all. Saw lots of wildlife. Community pool was very nice. Neighbors were kind and quiet. Cute playground for younger kids; beach volleyball and jet skis for the older ones. Lots of activities in the area within a short driving distance. Thank you for the experience and your hospitality!!!

Nice place, nice owners

Friendly owner who responded quickly to my messages. Nice location. Bed sheets fresh. Main house areas clean. Kayaks, bicycles, boogie boards, and large innertube free to use during our stay. The only things i did not like were the drawers and storage areas were dirty and had webs so we just didn't use them. There was also stuff, other than the normal appliances, in some of the cabinets. I wasn't sure who left the stuff so i just left it alone.
