Such an awesome condo! Close enough to the beach to walk but far enough away you are not in the middle of all the hustle. Very nice place very clean and organized!

We had a great week at the beach. The house was just has described and Mitzi was extremely helpful from check in to check out. We will definitely stay here again!!

Absolutely Perfect VB Getaway at Winny's Place! A True 10/10!

Our stay at Winny's Place was nothing short of perfection! We genuinely could not have been happier with our Virginia Beach experience here. The location is unbeatable – just steps away from a few nice bars and restaurants, making exploring a breeze. The condo itself was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked with every amenity we could possibly need. What truly set this stay apart was Mitzi; she was an exceptional host, incredibly communicative and wonderfully accommodating, especially when we had car trouble and arrived late. It's crystal clear why Winny's Place boasts a 10 out of 10 rating – it earns every single point. We wholeheartedly recommend it!"

Really Nice Home

We really like the property and all the extra touches like the fully stocked kitchen and fruit, crackers, and cookies and coffee that the landlord left. The property is very nice and modern and up-to-date and spacious for my husband, son, in laws and me. The only minor thing is just be cautious when walking around the side of the second floor bed as the back corners stick out a little so be careful to not run into them. Everything was absolutely perfect though

we enjoyed staying here. There were many nice touches and features, including fruit for us and a list of fun activities for us to utilize during our stay. It is also located close to a grocery store and other restaurants. Thanks for the great vacation home and services.

Great location and amenities. Very well stocked and the little things that the owner does make it a big difference compared to many. Especailly the Oreo cookies, fruit basket, and extra items throughout the home. I will reserve again.

Exceeded Expectations

Such a beautiful and comfy place to stay and so accommodating to our two little dogs too. We couldn't get the coffee pot to work and I let Mitzi know and she was there within minutes to resolve the issue (on Christmas Eve nonetheless!!) And we cant forget the sweet lady next door who made us Christmas cookies and brought gifts for all of us, including our dogs! Such a great experience. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!

Condo was well organized and decorated with care — very well equipped and furnished. We appreciated the great instructions for use and the guide to local establishments. This was a perfect off-season getaway! Being directly adjacent to a busy car wash led to higher than expected noise — this unit is in the heart of commerce.

Excellent Accommodations and Nice Location

My wife and I chose this property because of the location to the Sports Center to watch my Grandson's National Wrestling Tournament. Both my wife and I were very impressed with the way the property unit was decorated and made us feel at home, not to mention the cleanliness and complete modern kitchen to prepare meals in. The fruit and snacks were an added touch that was appreciated. I would recommend this to anyone thinking of renting this property. Location to restaurants and the Beach and Fishing Pier are all within walking distance. The Vibe district has many unique shops and places to dine. Thank You Mitzi for such a wonderful stay.

VB Fun

Great place and location. Enjoyed the top floor balcony. Shower soap was not provided. So had to go out for that purchase. No problem. But, all prior VRBO rentals have typically supplied travel size bathroom staples. The bath robes were a nice luxurious touch. Terrific nearby restaurants and nightlife. Walking distance to beach boardwalk.

Excellent stay!

My husband and I stayed with our pup at Mitzi and Ken’s for our annual trip for Neptune Festival. The condo is exactly as listed. Mitzi goes the extra mile having some snacks and coffee already stocked. The neighbor even gave our pup the cutest little bag of Halloween treats. This location was perfect for a stay at the festival while having some low key quiet time you don’t get ocean front; while still being close enough to enjoy a walk to the beach or any of the local business in the Vibe district. Mitzi even reached out when we got the downpours from Helene to check in and notify us of where extra old towels were and rugs in case we needed them knowing we had our dog. As far as folks disliking the checkout instructions that part wasn’t even difficult and should be considered a common courtesy after all the effort Mitzi puts in for her guests. We already looked to see if we could stay here for our boardwalk lights trip we do every year and were disappointed it’d already been booked. We will def be back for Neptune next year as long as the condo is available, thanks to the great experience and attentiveness of Mitzi. We’ve finally found our preferred rental going forward. If you’re questioning if you should stay here don’t, I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Mixed Review

I have mixed feelings about this stay. Pro's: it was neat & clean when we arrived, and we appreciated being able to bring our dogs. The air conditioning was comfortable, even on the third floor bedroom. The owner provided beach chairs and a wagon for the trek to the beach. Con's: the three-block walk to the beach includes crossing some intersections with aggressive drivers who don't like stopping for pedestrians. It was not very convenient to get to the beach or Atlantic Ave. I have stayed ocean front previously, so for me, this was a pain. The owner is a bit of a micro manager when it comes to directions and check out. She wants plants watered daily, all laundry sorted in specific bins, and all beds stripped. A little much, let alone with a 10:00a.m. checkout. Lastly, any positive feelings were spoiled because she accused us of taking her bottle of pet cleaner with us.

Amazing spot in Virginia Beach’s ViBe district! We loved our stay - this was a perfect location for us during our stay for the 2025 VB 10 miler event. Just a few blocks from the beach, this three-level condo was a comfortable, clean, enjoyable stay. We appreciated having two parking spots literally right in front of the condo! The top level has a balcony which is great for enjoying morning coffee from Fathom Coffee which is right down the block! Great nearby spots include Lolly’s (ice cream), Commune (farm-to-table fare), and a brewery and distillery on either side! Communication was great, check-in was easy, and the condo was well appointed. We’d definitely stay again!

From beginning to end the process and stay was flawless. Easy checkin, clean place, easy checkout.Had toiletries and welcome items were a nice touch. Place was clean and tastefully decorated. Stayed with family and dog. Great location. We did not go to the oceanfront but it would be a short walk. What a beautiful place!! Extremely clean and well appointed with all the necessities. We were amazed when we walked into soft music playing on the TVs, lights turned on for us, and fresh fruit and cookies. Mitzi was a very gracious host and super responsive. Location was right in the middle of many restaurants, ice cream, coffee, and breweries. Best VRBO experience yet!Thank you, Mitzi!

A great getaway close to the beach!

The property was immaculate when we arrived and while we packed a lot just in case, the house was well stocked with towels, linens, kitchen necessities, beach chairs/cooler/wagon, and even a few snacks. The balcony on the top floor was nice for cooler evenings or midday relaxation after the beach. The location is fantastic - maybe a 5-10 minute walk to the beach at most (we have young kids, so there was always a lot to haul with us). The VIBE district is great as well - restaurants, bars, and shops within a minute walk from the house. Highly recommend snatching this property up for your next vacation to Virginia Beach. My family loved it!

Immaculate, comfy, cozy

This place had everything we needed. This was a 3 night stop on our 10day Road-trip. We couldn't even believe how nice this was for the inexpensive cost. Great area too. The host Mitzi made check in/check out so easy. On a scale og 1-5, i give 10!! neighborhood

WE DECIDED TO TURN IT INTO A SEASONAL RENTAL BECAUSE WE WANTED TO SHARE IT WITH PEOPLE THAT APPRECIATE FUN, ARTSY LIFESTYLES, JUST LIKE WE DO. THIS CONDO IS IN THE NEW "VIRGINIA BEACH VIBE" DISTRICT. SWEET LITTLE SHOPS, RESTAURANTS, AND BUSINESSES OF ALL SORTS (SURF SHOPS, COFFEE SHOPS,ETC...) ARE POPPING UP EVERYWHERE IN OUR NEIGHBORHOOD. WE COULDN'T BE MORE EXCITED! WE HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE SEASONAL RENTAL BUSINESS, AND TAKE A LOT OF PRIDE IN PROVIDING ANY AND EVERYTHING THAT WE BELIEVE A GUEST WOULD NEED TO ENJOY THEIR VACATION.
