I can’t say enough about how wonderful Richard was to work with. He is incredibly kind and truly wants the best for those that book with him. Our trip was scheduled for right after a hurricane and Richard communicated with us every day leading up to our trip. He was flexible with check in and check out due to power outages from the hurricane and any other issues that may have occurred. The property worked perfectly for our family of 7. The community is so quiet and the private beach is wonderful. We would absolutely book with Richard again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Destin! Everything was great, and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Richard was absolutely the best! He kept us well informed with updates regarding the hurricane, which gave us peace of mind and made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. His communication and concern for his guests truly went above and beyond. It’s such a relief to have a host who genuinely cares about his guests and makes sure they are informed and comfortable, especially when unexpected weather comes into play. We truly appreciated everything Richard did to make our stay a great experience. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Destin and would love to stay here again!

We came to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday. It was everything and more than we expected. She had such a great time, memories she will forever have. Everything was absolutely beautiful. This condo came fully equipped with everything you would need from the kitchen, bedrooms to the bathroom… They even had things to bring to the beach for the kids. The condo was Very clean, easy access to the beach & pool. The host was one of the best I have ever dealt with. The only negative thing I can say, is that when I went to extend our trip, it was already booked up lol I give this 5stars! I highly recommend it.

Great place to rest!

This property was clean and well stocked. The property owner checked on us several times during our stay. You do have to walk to get to the beach, but it was beautiful and peaceful (not too crowded in Oct.). We enjoyed our stay.
