Cute, clean and comfortable! Well appointed with kitchen items and bedrooms. Close to everything! The main TV was unusable, despite maintenance coming and trying to fix it, but we found the USA Canada hockey game on at a local bar and that was fun! Would highly recommend!

Decent rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The stay overall went well. I was told there wasn’t a pull out couch but I was pleasantly surprised when one of the couches was a pull out. The air mattress was also comfortable for a 15 year old. Owner and property managers were adequate with response time. Negatives - the porch/pool area looked like an abandoned park with 30+ weeds grown up between the bricks and the pool was dirty looking. Not to worry I pulled all the weeds and hosed everything down making it presentable for my family. The skimmer was ripped making removing debris difficult. The house was clean but it def needs a deep clean. Kinda like housekeeping did there job each week changing sheets, removing trash, vacuuming, wiping the counters off but it’s been awhile since it was really cleaned. Also be prepared to need everything (which in fairness is disclosed) but you’d think there might be salt/pepper, a plastic bag, extra trash bag. You know the stuff people leave because no one is taking salt home with them! Either no one has stayed recently or the housekeeping staff takes everything left home with them. Or maybe the owner instructs them to pitch everything, regardless I’d recommend leaving the basics if left behind for the next renter, if they don’t want to use it they won’t. Like trash bags, I left half a box. Was it there for the next renter? Overall a nice property in a nice secured community that could be a 5 star rating with some minor improvements.

Great Stay.

The Condo was very clean and maintained. The only issue was the extra cost to heat the pool. this was not communicated up front. This cost should be included in the overall cost, not an add on. Should not be an extra charge

Small house with view to the lake

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Além da casa ser mais antiga e menor do que eu imaginava, a limpeza deixou a desejar. Logo no primeiro dia tivemos um problema com o vaso sanitário que entupiu com o uso. Tivemos que aguardar com aquele fedor até o dia seguinte para alguém ir até lá limpar e percebemos que a parte hidráulica do imóvel tinha problemas em todos os banheiros pois após o uso tínhamos que acionar a descarga diversas e diversas vezes. A piscina parecia limpa, mas a área da piscina parecia abandonada, como plantas crescendo entre os tijolos e aqueles móveis antigos, um inclusive quebrado. Faltaram coisas básicas na cozinha como colher para sorvete, colher de pizza. Achei muito pequeno lá em cima. O que se falava em um quarto ouvia-se no outro. Ou seja, se você quiser privacidade e/ou sossego não terá.

Encantada Resort Townhouse was a great place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Encantada Resort Townhouse. The home was clean & in good shape. Although there were only 2 of us, the townhouse was set up nicely for a family (4 twin beds, a pack-n-play, strollers, plastic dishes, etc.).We were impressed with the alarm system to go out to the pool area--if children go through the sliding door without an adult to disable the alarm, the alarm will ring!The Clubhouse was about an 8-minute walk to the other end of the lake. Two nice big pools! Comfortable lounge chairs & plenty of umbrellas for shade. We used the big pools almost every day (as well as the pool on our patio). We also walked the paved path around the lake to get some exercise.The home itself is well-equipped, however two things in the kitchen could be easily corrected. There was not a medium-to-large size bowl anywhere in the cupboards. I wanted to mix up some macaroni salad, and had to do it in a large pot, and then store the salad in smaller cereal bowls. A simple plastic mixing bowl would have solved the problem!Also, the silverware was very mis-matched and few in number. We had to wash silverware after every meal, just so that we would have some for later in the day. A true family of 6 or 8 would have had a problem finding enough utensils for everyone!The screen door out the back of the patio needs some attention.Overall, we were very satisfied, and would certainly consider staying here again if we are in the Orlando area in the future.

The hosts were super attentive and helped us with everything we needed. The house is well located, close to Walt Disney World, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacies. We loved our stay and when we return to Orlando we will definitely stay there again.

Everything was good after the first night figuring out how to lock up the door once we were inside for the night. And couldn’t get in touch with the Ana and her mailbox was full. But besides that once we got the door to lock. Everything was awesome

It was fine...

They are detailed about the property. It is decorated and cute! My issue is they described it, but it was hard to comprehend how bare of it was. No salt & pepper, Not even a dish scrubbing brush. Main Bathroom needed towel hooks, toilet paper holders were mounted too far from the toilet. There was a very annoying pool alarm so we had to worry about opening and closing the door in 15 seconds. It was a nice place, but to feel comfortable it would have been so nice to have a few simple extras.

Family Vacation

Everything was so on point , 1st vacation with grandkids and they just love it . We had a little hic up at the end of stay not due to weather light went down for sometime but Mr. Robinson understood let me finish what I had to do to accommodate us . Will definitely stay again .
