Villan ligger på ett lugnt hörnparti (med dammutsikt) i Bridgewater-underavdelningen i Davenport, längs vägen Ronald Reagan Park (Co Rd 54). Platsen är cirka 4 mil söderut från korsningen mellan 429 (avgiftsvägen) med Interstate 4 (I4). Det är därför bara några minuter till temaparkerna Walt Disney World, Universal Studios och Sea World plus några av världens bästa golfbanor. Det finns mataffärer och restauranger i närheten. Denna villa erbjuder gratis höghastighetsinternet (kabel och Wi-Fi) plus gratis lokalsamtal och fjärrsamtal inom USA och Kanada.

Villan är inredd till en mycket god standard. När du kommer in i villan går du från hallen in i det rymliga familjerummet, med musikcenter, platt-TV med digital kabel och DVD-spelare. Den formella matplatsen ligger intill detta familjerum. På din vänstra hand hittar du det välutrustade, halvöppna köket. Bredvid köket hittar du en frukostkrok. Den nedre sovrummet finns på höger sida av villan, tillgänglig från korridoren. Detta sovrum har en drottningssäng, kabel-TV och en garderob. Badrummet intill den har fåfänga, dusch och toalett.

En gång på övervåningen hittar du det andra sovrummet med 2 enkelsängar och en garderob. Utöver detta hittar du badrummet med en fåfänga, dusch och toalett. Detta badrum delas med nästa sovrum som också har 2 enkelsängar och en garderob, plus kabel-TV. Sist men inte minst hittar du till höger sovrummet med king size-säng, stor klädkammare och eget badrum med dubbla fåfänga, stort trädgårdsbadkar, duschkabin och toalett. Detta rum har också kabel-TV och en 32 "platt-TV.

Villan är helt luftkonditionerad för de mycket heta dagarna och har omvänd luft under de få kallare dagarna.

Det halvöppna köket är väl utrustat. Den inkluderar en ugn i full storlek, bänkskivans mikrovågsugn, stor kyl-frys med ismaskin, avfallshantering och diskmaskin. Det finns också ett komplett utbud av elektriska apparater och redskap - i stort sett allt du kan önska dig i ditt hem hemifrån.

Nära matsalen, genom de skjutbara altandörrarna, har du tillgång till det inbjudande poolområdet, med en fantastisk utsikt över det stora dammet som är fodrat med höga träd bakom det. Bridgewater retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Master bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was lower in spots.

Several areas within the home could use more attention to cleaning. All window had dirt and debris within the casement. Weather dependent we prefer to open the windows in lieu of wasting energy. Master bathroom light globe had dust and gnats in it. First floor bathroom light had steam marks where the condensation had dripped. Dining room light was cloudy and dirty. Ceiling fans need cleaning. I hope this assists in improving the property.

Perfect do nothing getaway

It was the most relaxing vacation we’ve been on. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. Communication was wonderful and they sent out someone to help out with the AC when I called at 1 am fixed right away and worked wonderfully.

Gator pond and hot tub

We loved the location easy into and out of the neighborhood to the highways. The pond behind the house had when we left 3 small alligators. Pretty neat to be able to see them. Everything we needed was provided by the home owners. The only thing I'd update would be the mattresses for the king and queen beds.

Watching the Alligator!!!!

We had the best time in this house very clean the kids loved the pool. The manager of the home was very helpful with our questions .The neighbors were helpful with information on our pool and the Alligators across the street. We loved our view from the pool and lots of sunshine. We will be back!!!!!

Gator watching

Just as advertised. Beds and furniture could be upgraded, but overall a great stay. Some mentioned the gators in the pond. Well we felt like we were on Mutual of Omahas Wild Kingdom. Long story short they fed for hours and residents of the neighborhood had seen nothing like this. I will be posting videos on Facebook and it was awesome. Bottom line this place is solid. Need new beds and frames. Update flooring, but for the price I’d go back. Owners were super responsive.

Location and house were good. The house was very outdated and master bed mattress was poor (foam)?!?!?! The house needs work - updating and cleaning. Overall, location made it worthwhile.

Awesome stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was perfect for our group of 5!! We all had our own space and having the private pool was perfect after long days at the parks and for our rest days. Our ONLY complaint is we didn’t get to see the gators in the pond across the street haha :) We will definitely rent again if we get to come back to Florida. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Had a great time, perfect home for our needs.

The pool and jacuzzi were wonderful, the location was centralized and perfect. Nice neighborhood, we enjoyed watching the two alligators in the pond every morning. I read other reviews and yes it might need painting here and there, the bed in the master bedroom could be updated. But overall this place was perfect. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to any family looking to relax and is a short distance from any attraction and beaches.

Pleasant Stay

Home was clean and comfortable, a little dated but overall very enjoyable. Convenient location for our purposes and in the complex. We had a lengthy stay, would be nice if an additional care package of basics was dropped off for the time rented. The rain brought worms in the pool, they were excellent about ordering a net so we could scoop them out. Not thrilled to pay for pool heating but have a timer set 7pm-9:30pm unheated. Fun to watch the alligator across the street in the pond. Very good communication for any needed information.

The pool was clean the comforter smelled like sweat the bed ruffle had vomit the beds were old and hard had a back ache all awhile I was there needs upgrading the windows were filthy the mini blinds are real old coffee maker didn’t work rugs had spill stains on it I scrubbed it up couch was nasty need intense cleaning had bad smell to it

Great little Stay

We loved this place ! Yes it’s a little dated in places and some of the beds need updating but it’s still a great place to stay, My Grandson and I will miss the pool like crazy, Thanks for a great stay

Bridgewater retreat

House was big and spacious. Lots of room. The pool area was fantastic. We stayed the month of March and had the pool heated. We were in it everyday. Fabulous. A couple of questions and a small item REM our rep handled everything immediately and no issues. Highly recommend. The resident Alligator in the pond across the street was pretty cool.

Champions Gate/BridgeWater development - Hollingshead Loop

LOVED IT! Excellent vacation homes is a dynamite management company. Super friendly and helpful (if help is needed) and great communication. The home itself was just that, a home away from home. The listing was spot on. The home is spacious and appointed well enough. Plenty of space, appliances and furnishings. We would consider renting this home again when we return next year.

7’ Alligator in pond

We loved the house and pool overlooking the pond. It was so cool to see a 7’ alligator on the bank of the pond catching some sun. We worried that there would not be enough privacy with the street behind lanai and Pool. It was actually the opposite since there is very few cars that use that street and the other side of the street is a pond and woods. It was much better than a pool right up next to someone else’s pool like most of them are. The only downside was there was no grill. It isn’t advertised to have one but most places do so I guess we took that for granted.

Really nice property, theirs 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms and the kitchen has a lot of space

I wasn’t able to turn on the jacuzzi that was the only down side of it and theirs no instructions of how to do so.
