- The apartment boasts tasteful and cozy decor, making you feel right at home.
- The spacious living area is divided into three sections:
- A very comfortable lounge with a sofa bed and flat-screen TV
- A fully equipped open kitchen (including an oven and microwave)
- A dining area for 4 people
- The living area opens onto a small east-facing terrace with garden furniture, offering a lovely side sea view opposite the Martinez Hotel.
- Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds (160cm) and built-in wardrobes. The larger bedroom also has a flat-screen TV (with TNT channels only).
- A bathroom with a large shower and WC completes the space.

A few steps from your street, Latourg-Maubourg Street, you can:
- Stroll leisurely along the Croisette
- Reach the Palais des Festivals in 10 minutes
- Shop on Rue dâAntibes in 4 minutes
- Head to the city center and Rue Hoche for a lively breakfast or dinner in 10 minutes. We recommend Le Cirque or La Cantina for their delightful cuisine, Café Hoche for their exceptional cocktails and lively Saturday nights, San Telmo for authentic Italian pizzas, and Volupté for a fantastic selection of teas and pastries!
