Like a classic masterpiece: Marga-Lisa has timeless beauty in its furnishings and amenities for your family vacation rental home! [Note: No dogs or other animals allowed in this home.]

TOP LEVEL:
The open floor plan of the Great Room offers a large flat-screen TV, plenty of comfortable couch seating in the Living Area and access to the wide sun decks with furniture for relaxation. The Dining table seats 10 and is adjacent to the Kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a French-door refrigerator to store plenty of groceries and beverages. A small sitting area in the Ships Watch has views to the west. Also on this level is a large King Master Suite with private bath (shower/tub combo), flat-screen TV and deck access. [Note: gas fireplace is not for guest use.]

MID LEVEL:
From the entry way, you can access two Master Suites are on this level: one is a King Master Suite with a private bath that has two pedestal sinks and a shower/tub combo. The Queen Master Suite is the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs and access to the covered back deck that overlooks the pool deck below.

GROUND LEVEL:
The fourth bedroom has double Bunk Bed sets which are intended for children. There is a half bath next to this bedroom. The Lounge has a wet bar, a second full-size fridge and a large flat-screen TV. The Laundry area is on this level also. You have access to the private pool which measures 12' x 34' (open mid-May to mid-October). There is a gas grill available.

EXTRAS:
As a guest of the Monteray Shores community, your family will be able to make reservations online to use the community amenities. These amenities are available during business hours and include 2 community piers for small craft boat launch, fishing or crabbing (NC License is required), a children's playground, 3 basketball courts, 4 tennis/pickleball courts, adult and kiddie pool (summer only), and a fitness center.

Wonderful!

Everything was great. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was clean and perfect for our group. The pool was great and we were close to the beach, shopping and adventures! We will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed Marga Lisa- the pool was amazing, the deck seating, the landscaping all were great. We had a minor issue with the mechanical stuff in the house, but the property manager got it taken care of ASAP. We would stay here again without a doubt!

Corolla, NC outerbanks

The house was wonderful! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed (even had a wine cooler fridge). Beautiful family room downstairs, 2 master bedrooms and all the bedrooms had their own bathroom! Nice size pool with outdoor shower which was good after a day at the beach. The house is near supermarket and stores. Would definitely rent it again.

Great house!

The house was wonderful and just as pictured. The location is perfect and having our own pool was a blessing. We did have a few ants but that is expected in the south. We rented baby equipment from one of the suggested shops… definitely need gates with a one year old and many flights of steps! We are anxious to return!!

The house was nice and kitchen was nicely equipped but no dish towels. There weren’t any throw pillows on the furniture as shown and the couches were deep. That would have been nice. We also didn’t get bath mats with any of the towel bundles so have to use towels. The kids loved the pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great spot in Corolla

We take a yearly summer trip to Corolla and this house was great and on the "nicer" side with an upgraded vibe. The place was perfectly sized for our family - 3 grandparents, 3 adults, and 3 kids (4, 11, 13). Pool was a hit and had a larger pool than most rentals we have stayed at! We always drive to the beach and havent taken advantage of the communityamenities during any of our stays but they look nice. Over all the house was clean with the exception of some spiders throughout the house and a bit of sand in the pool. Some of the corners and ceilings could use a good vacuum as they were starting to accumulate webs and dead bugs. We pulled out the trash cans out on the last day and ended up having to pull out nearly off of them due to prior renters not rolling the trash out. Over all, just a few minor and small things. Would recommend and would stay here again!

Wonderful oasis

We had such a lovely stay at the Marga Lisa! We had plenty of space and found the house stocked so well with plenty of item for the kitchen. It was nice to have a bathroom attached to every bedroom. All the balconies were so lovely. We loved having a pool at the house as well! As with most houses there, just know, they are built on multiple stories with a lot of stairs. It definitely took some getting used to to go up to the top floor for the kitchen. :) We did have a significant water leak while we were there which they came to assess but waited until after we left to fully repair. We loved the location being so close to the beach! We had such a wonderful time and wished it didn’t have to end so soon!

Summer Vacation

The house is a beautiful home. My party consisted of 10 people (6 adults, 3 teens, and a 10 year old). We had plenty of room. The cleanliness of the house was subpar. A dirty undergarment was found in one of the beds. Sheets and towels were missing, but provided the next morning after a phone call. The private pool was useless after dark as there are no lights in the area. The light in the pool didn’t even work. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking utensils. The appliances are top notch. The house has two refrigerators.

Very satisfied

Property was nice, clean, and as described. Slight disappointment with management company. The lower level AC did not work the first 4 days of our stay. We reported to management company and as opposed to fixing they kept telling us “it’s hot outside and that’s all you can expect”. After 3 days, they finally provided window units, and ultimately replaced entire unit. The upstairs freezer did not work the entire week, which was frustrating. Pool proved to be a must have! Location of house to stores and beach was good. Kitchen and baths were well stocked. Overall had a great time and would stay again.

Excellent Family House

We had five kids (age range 3 to 11) in our party, and this house is great for families. There was plenty of space in the house. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is on a cul-de-sac that is safe for bike riding. While we enjoyed the pool, the house is also a three minute drive to public beach parking and access. Even with kids, getting to the beach was simple. Highly recommend!

Great location with a few hiccups

There were several smaller issues upon arrival that were handled the following day, but nevertheless annoying. Once most of this was settled we were able to have a good stay. Know that almost nothing is provided so read their listing very carefully. So much fine print and you'll need it all.

Overall this property was good. We had no issues with the house. We loved the pool. A friend of ours did get a parking ticking for parking on the street. The house does not provide for enough parking spots comfortably and there are no signs throughout the development indicating no street parking. This would have also been nice if noted somewhere in the rental information.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a great home with lots of space and an awesome pool! The only complaint was I felt it could be a little cleaner but wasn’t horrible.

Absolutely perfect!

Marga-Lisa is so thoughtfully equipped, it has things we didn’t even think we would need. Tastefully decorated, with serenity in mind. Very convenient location. The staff at Paramount Destinations are patient, helpful & understanding. An amazing time!
