Denna lägenhet sover bekvämt sex och har ett utmärkt läge i Gamla stan. Du kommer aldrig att få slut på saker att göra här. Utmärkt läge längst ner på Main Street mellan Park Avenue och Deer Valley Drive. Bussen stannar i båda riktningarna framför Park Station Vi befinner oss i högfrekvenszonen inom Park City-fria transiteringssystemet.

Det finns ingen anledning att ha en bil, men om du tar med en finns det inomhus- och utomhusparkeringsplatser tillgängliga. Town Lift ligger bara några steg från lägenheten och tar skidåkare upp till Bonanza-stolen och kringgår den livliga PayDay-hissen vid Park City Mountain basen. Du kan åka tillbaka på stadens lopp i slutet av dagen eller ladda ner till stan om du vill. Njut av Main Street med det stora utbudet av butiker, restauranger och konstgallerier. Det finns massor av aktiviteter för icke-skidåkare i familjen att njuta av.

Enheten är trådlös och har kabel-TV med HBO och Wifi. Vardagsrummet har en ny bäddsoffa med dubbelsäng och kök, en vedeldad skifferpeis och en ny 37 'LCD HD-platt-TV med en trådlös Blu Ray / DVD-spelare. Matsalen har plats för sex. Köket har alla helt nya rostfria apparater inklusive följande: Frigidaire Gallery elektriskt sortiment med induktionsspis och konvektion / vanlig ugn, mikrovågsugn över intervallet, Bosch ultraljud diskmaskin och Energy Star GE kylskåp. Granit bänkskiva med undermonterat diskbänk i rostfritt stål och trägolv. Nya Calphalon-köksredskap som är kompatibla med induktionstopp.

Det stora sovrummet har två queen size-sängar, med Ralph Lauren-täcken, alla bomullslakan, ett bistrobord med två stolar, en 32-tums LCD-TV med DVD-spelare, ett minikylskåp och en egen kaffebryggare. Master Bath har totalrenoverats 2013 och har ett separat fåfängaområde med ny fåfänga, granitbänk och undermonterad diskbänk. Det finns en stor kaklat dusch med glas duschdörrar.

Det andra sovrummet har två enkelsängar som kan göras upp som en kung om så önskas. Den har en LCD-platt-TV med Blu Ray-spelare. Huvudbadrummet har totalrenoverats sommaren 2013. Nytt kakelgolv och kaklat badkar med ny fåfänga av ek och granitbänk med undermonterad diskbänk.

Park Station har en inomhus badtunna, bastu, omklädningsrum med dusch, gästmynt-tvätt, automater och ismaskiner i källaren i byggnaden. Det finns en utomhus badtunna mellan de två lägenhetsbyggnaderna. Den uppvärmda poolen är öppen under skidsäsongen och endast på sommaren. När du försöker vår plats, kommer du aldrig att vilja bo någon annanstans i Park City. Det är okej här.

Great location - fantastic property owner

The location is perfect - a quick walk to Town Lift as well as being in the stellar downtown area with tons of shopping and great restaurants. The property owner couldn't have been more amazing - great communication and very accommodating. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to returning ourselves.

Perfect Location for Sundance

Really couldn't ask for more staying here. Located at the start of Main Street, we were able to just walk out and get to everything Sundance related with ease. Would absolutely use this apartment again anytime I'm in town.

The condo is a 2 bedroom , very cozy space. It was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The owner was extremely organized and responsive. The condo is a 5 minute walk to the lift and the restaurants.

Highly recommended

This is a beautiful condo in an ideal location, an easy walk to the town lift. Also very close to several great restaurants. Our group of friends chose this condo for our annual trip to Park City, having stayed in six different places in the last decade. This was our favorite condo yet.

Awesome location and host

Great place to stay, and the best VRBO host we've ever had. The condo is on Main Street right by all of the restaurants and stores. The ski rental place and lift is a minute walk - very, very convenient - and Collie's is right across the street for a little Après-ski. It was great. Condo was clean and was very well stocked with cooking supplies and everything else you need to enjoy your stay. We had never been to Park City and didn't realize how big the area was. We really wanted to be near historic Main Street for all of the restaurants, and this place was perfect for that. Highly recommended!

Condo location was as good as it gets right at the happening Main St. The condo was nice, slightly dated decor & finishing. But overall it was a clean & nice condo with an excellent desirable location

Great spot, great service

We had a great stay, and the condo was exactly as we had hoped. Couldn't be more convenient -- less than a hundred yards easy walk to the town chair lift. Linda was prompt and attentive in all the details, and especially we appreciated how she accommodated our timing on the day of departure. Thank you!

Great spring skiing!!!

We loved this condo and the location is perfect ..no rental car needed to ski all 3 Park City areas. Dealing with the owners could not have been easier and their home is beautiful and very clean..AND I have to add that I have never stayed in a rental with such a super-equipped kitchen..we had many meals there!!!! We'll be back....

Cozy home away from home with a good Location.

After booking our stay, the property manager was in contact with us and confirmed all of the details of our stay. The property manager confirmed with us two weeks before our visit and sent an information packet. The day before our stay, the property manager provided an update, and on our arrival everything was good and we an amazing stay.

Best Location!!

My sister and I took my two sons, 9 and 13. We loved the location!! Boys were able to hop on the Town lift with ease and then when they were tired they skied down and went to the condo. We walked most nights to dinner and for shopping! The condo itself was perfect! Plenty of room, kitchen fully stocked, clean, plenty of towels, etc...We would absolutely stay here again!

Annual Holiday Vacation

Location cannot be beat. We have travelled to Park City for the last five years during the holidays and have been happy everywhere we have stayed- this experience was an excellent location in terms of access to the slopes and downtown. The owner is extremely communicative and accessible. The condo itself is fairly dated with very small bathrooms, low ceilings, and older carpet throughout.

Park City the right way!

Staying “in town” made this vacation special! Four adults - plenty of space. Walk to “town lift” is easy, and ski valet made it even better. Although the heated outdoor pool was not open (maintenance issue), the hot tub is where it is at post skiing. The bus service in and around town makes having a car an option (we had one, but really did not need ine). Linda was so responsive, and pleasant to work with. Recommend this place for sure!

I have been coming to Park City Utah once a year for the past six years and every time I have stayed at this wonderful Condo. It has a great open floor plan that easily sleeps 6 with two large private bedrooms. The condo still has a cozy and relaxing atmosphere for being so large and the fireplace is a welcome respite after a day of skiing. The kitchen is fully stocked and quite spacious which makes it a joy to work in. The location could not be better! It is at the bottom of the main drag for Park City and just a short 2 minute walk to the Town Lift right into Park City skiing. The owner has always done a great job at referring us to wonderful restaurants and ski deals. I plan on coming here every year!

Great Stay

My colleagues and I stayed during Sundance. We love the location and its close proximity to Main street and other screening venues. The host was clear and communicative and the listing was just as advertised. The beds were also very comfy. Would recommend!

Perfect Summer Getaway

We loved our stay in this thoughtfully equipped condo! The location couldn’t be more convenient to all of the fun activities Park City offers. The beds were comfy and the space includes everything you could need for a relaxing vacation. Communication with Linda was great, and all of the amenities were fantastic. Can’t wait to visit again!

Had an amazing time/stay! Within walking distance to everything...main street shops, restaurants, Silly Sunday. It was warm and the pool was great! Sat on the balcony every night having dinner and enjoying the weather! Would stay here again! Thank you Linda! It was a great week!

My husband is an architect with a background in commercial design and construction management. We are owners who stay in our property over the course of the year and furnish it as our second home, not just an investment property. We want all the comforts of home and provide the same for our guests.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We have been skiers for over 45 years and taken at least one annual western ski trip over the last 30 years to a variety of resorts in the US and Canada. We decided to buy a condo in Park City because it is so easy to get to, so close to the SLC airport and we love the diversity of terrain offered by the two ski areas closeby and the 4 other ski areas in the Wasatch front. We chose Park Station because it is next to Main Street and we love the variety of restaurants, night life and shopping as well as the fact that we are a short walk from the Town Chairlift at Park City Mountain Resort. We were pleasantly suprised at all there is to do in Park City in the off season. The golf courses, the hiking and biking trails, the nearby fishing and boating on the Jordanelle Reservoir were bonuses we didn't anticipate.
