Week in Davenport

The house was everything we needed for our week long stay. The property was close to everywhere we wanted to go. The house was clean and well stocked with all the basic supplies.

Davenport House

Nice, well equipped house in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the screened in back porch with comfortable seating. Nadia was a great host; readily available to answer any questions or concerns.

Best vacation ever

Property was more than we were expecting for. Really convenient location from the places we planned to visit. Overall this property was big enough to fit my family, the place was really clean, secure in a private area. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this place. This place deserves a five star rating :)

Perfect for Legoland!

This property was perfect for our trip to Legoland! Spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable are words that best describe this property. The outdoor screened in porch was also nice to enjoy the great FL weather! The host was quick to respond to any questions and check in/out was a breeze! Walmart is just a short 10 min drive away so you can get anything you may have forgotten for your trip. It took less than 30 minutes to drive to Legoland. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to visit anything in the Orlando area.

Davenport for 3 weeks

Great quit walkable area just off 27. Pool and clubhouse greatalyjough pool not heated .House exactly as pictured. Easy check in. Hostess is the best quick responses helpful and an all over delight.

Needs some work

While the house was clean, there were a few things that need attention. The master bedroom has no globe for the ceiling fan and the 2nd bedroom had no way of turning the fan down as there was no pull string attached. In the master bath the toilet kept running if you didn’t catch it right away. Small details like that. House needs a walkthrough by the owner to fix all the small things like this. There was also a lot of dust on the tops of lampshades and things like that. The cleaning being done in the house is only surface level. House could use a thorough scrub down. Overall the property was fine.

A nice house in a quiet, gated community.

We enjoyed our stay as snow birds and liked that the house was close to our FL family. There were a few cleaning/maintenance issues which we relayed to the other. She was quick to respond to our questions and concerns.
