Thanksgiving Martinez Carvajal

We rented this house to spend Thanksgiving day with family, it was big enough. We had a great bonding time together, short but sweet.

Check in was easy, kitchen was clean and the listing was correct, the kitchen is only stocked with the basics (plates, bowls, cups, glasses, silverware and pots/pans). Beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. Couches are old and feel dirty. We paid extra to heat the hot tub and pool. We enjoyed the hot tub but the pool was filthy and we were unable to use it. I texted management twice and never heard back. Also, the toilets are very very low to the ground.

Nice get away

The property is well maintained even though the decor is dated. I regret not paying to heat the pool but I had no idea it would be that cold. It’s so much better than a hotel. Well worth it.

We Had a Great Stay at Retreat at the Crossings

We were visiting Legoland in January and wanted a house relatively close-by. Retreat at the Crossings was a great find. The house was spacious, clean and only about 35 minutes from Legoland. Master bedroom was big and comfortable. Other ensuite was nice and the two "kids rooms" with twin beds worked out well. Kitchen was nice and was well stocked with plates, glasses, cutlery. We all loved the games in the garage. We would stay there again.

The pool and spa were great!

We do agree with a previous post that the community facilities were not accessible and should not be listed as amenities. But, the home itself is great. We had a few minor issues that were addressed during our stay. Communication was fast and efficient. We would love to stay again.

Nice but needs refreshing

To be more accessible for seniors needs at least one higher toilet and definitely pool stair rail and hot tub hand rail. Need to change to firm mattresses.
