I’m so glad you’ve decided to check out my home. I’ve taken great pride in creating a relaxing, welcoming escape where you’ll make wonderful, lasting memories. This gorgeous lakefront home has been totally remodeled and situated on beautiful Lake Hartwell. Checkout the YouTube video titled : Lakeside Portman Marina Overlook.

Excellent Lake Hartwell House

This was an excellent house in a beautiful neighborhood. The house has a great view of the lake. Nick was an excellent host. The house was very clean and spacious, great parking and was centrally located for easy access to grocery stores restaurants and tackle stores. We would give this property a five star review!

Great Place Near Portman Marina

The house was clean and up to date. Plenty of towels, a well appointed kitchen and a ping pong table in the air conditioned garage. Everything worked properly and the extra amenities were a very welcome touch. Location is not directly on the lake but the proximity to Portman Marina and the Galley Restaurant makes up for it. The owner Nick was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful lake house!

I can’t say enough great things about this VRBO rental!! The house was beautiful and very spacious for our two families (8 people in all). The extra amenities were an unexpected bonus and greatly appreciated. The communication with the property manager was excellent. The view from the porch was amazing and the location was very convenient. The driveway was very spacious for two vehicles with boats. We visited for the Junior Bass National Tournament. There was a ramp nearby that was available for use. The downtown area of Anderson is beautiful to walk through as well as the shores of Asbury Aqua Zone is a must for kids!!

Didn't want to leave. And I live at the beach!

Excellent property. Extremely clean, neat and well decorated. Well appointed with necessities. The view is amazing, never boring, even on a rainy day. Nick is definitely a real gem. He messaged to make sure everything was OK and responded immediately to a couple of questions. We will be making this our destination for all future trips to Anderson.

Family weekend getaway

We booked this place as part of a Mother's Day gift for my mother-in-law. Myself, husband, 1.5 year old son, sister-in-law, her husband, their 2 children (12 & 8), mother and father-in-law were in attendance. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and host, Nick. The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on Lake Hartwell with beautiful views of Portman Marina. The itself is absolutely wonderful with plenty of space to spread out (all rooms have king size beds). The large decks were a great place to send the evenings overlooking the marina. The host Nick was great, he was commutative and quick in response to a couple of questions we had. All in all we had fantastic weekend and would highly recommend staying here! Hope to make this trip again soon ourselves.

Great VRBO, clean, great layout

We were in town checking out Clemson for our son's grad school, and stayed here a few days. The location is great, and the house was very clean and had lots of linens and supplies (paper towels, soaps/detergents, pots/pans/utensils, trash bags, etc). Plenty of TVs, our 2 kids were upstairs and we stayed downstairs. Neighborhood was quiet, we didn't walk down to the water but instead checked out the local scene. We didn't see/hear any of the neighbors. Overall, great property!

Will Be Back

316 Harbor Drive house was a wonderful vacation rental. It was very clean and well equipped. Water, snacks, and coffee were in the kitchen. The listing description was accurate. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be seen from the large deck. Plenty parking. Owner, Nick, emailed us to make sure all was ok. Beds and pillows were comfortable. We would diffently rent this property again.

Nick is an amazing host. From the moment I booked the home until the the day we checked out. The home was immaculate and perfect for my family. Beautiful view. The house has everything you need. Relaxing Lake Escape

The home is very clean and organized. It has well appointed decor and amenities and a beautiful view of Lake Hartwell. (Not to mention a wonderful restaurant right down the street) It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy being with family. It’s convenient to Anderson and Clemson but you feel very secluded. Highly recommend!

Would definitely stay again!!

Nick was very accommodating as I made plans to come to Anderson for my granddaughter’s wedding. There was water already in the fridge and snacks over the toaster oven, as well as coffee and creamer in the pantry. Lots of towels and other added features to help us settle in right away.

Vacay 2021

Nick is a phenomenal host! The ease of booking and quick responses added to this overall great vacation. My 1st impression walking in the house was the smell of clean! Beautiful and Relaxing

This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a quiet getaway. The home is clean, beautifully decorated, and well kept. We loved the porch swings overlooking the marina! We will definitely be back!
