My grandson loves to fish and this house was right on the lake, had a nice dock, and provided a canoe for us to use. The sunsets were beautiful, it was nice and quiet. The kitchen was very well supplied! We would book here again!

Great Lakefront Cabin

This cabin was perfect for our weekend getaway with friends ( 5 adults). Beds were very comfortable. Beautiful views of sunset from the dock! The owner was very prompt and polite in her communication with us. I would highly recommend this place.

Clean and well supplied. Rented a paddleboard and the dock was perfect for launching. Very Well stocked kitchen. Very comfy furniture. Wish we stayed Longer!

Anniversary

This home was the perfect place for us to celebrate our 50th anniversary! Just what you think a home by the lake should be! Comfortable, very clean, everything you would ever need in the kitchen, host very considerate with excellent communication, private, beautiful views from the home and dock. Close to golf courses, nice restaurants, close to small and large towns. We want to stay again for sure!

Amazing lake retreat

Couldn’t of had a better vacation. Amazing property with an amazing lake steps from the back porch. We loved everything about this week and would come back in a heartbeat. Everything we needed

This lakehouse was everything we needed for a short summer vacation with kids and three adults. The house was comfortable and very clean. It was well equipped with cookware, and had a lot of room. The beds, although not the most comfortable, had wonderful linens, and the bathrooms were newly remodeled. The backyard was spacious, and the dock/beach accommodated lots of playing and swimming. We didn’t have a boat or any fishing gear, but the kids and adults had a great time enjoying the water. The house is a good spot to try out other places around Lake Hartwell, and we ventured out several days to local activities or natural parks, including Toccoa Falls and Bigwater Marina obstacle course. Our favorite restaurant (G’s Pizza) and brewery were a close drive to Seneca. The host was very prompt and clear a with communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Family/Graduations

The home was perfect for us and could not have wanted for anything while we were there. The kitchen was perfect and the new appliances are fantastic. The atmosphere of the home is welcoming, comfy and peaceful. It is like going home. The lake was serenity at its best, even had gosling's learning how to take off from the calm water, we would recommend this adorable home for anyone looking for gentle loving peace with all amenities of home. Would love to come again. We had a lovely party with plenty of room for everyone. Thank you again for sharing your home with us. The Wagner's & The Romeo's from New Jersey.

Lake Hartwell Get Away

Our family of four enjoyed our stay on Lake Hartwell in South Carolina. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and there was just about everything in this updated kitchen that you could imagine. I cooked pancakes one morning and managed with what was available but I would only suggest a larger frying pan or maybe a griddle. My daughter and I tackled a 1000 piece puzzle to find it missing one piece. It was still fun and I tagged the puzzle for the future. A few of the windows were cracked open when we arrived but discovered it was an issue with the lock. We let the owners know as well and they were very responsive and thankful for the update. The dock was perfect for swimming and for keeping the boat nearby for quick launching. My husband and son went out several days fishing. The larger beds in the master and guest room were comfortable very clean. The bedroom with the two twins were not as comfortable but some people like firmer beds. Personally, I slept very well. If you do not like wind chimes while you sleep, you may want to rubber band them together which is what we did the following day. I definitely appreciated all the hangers for our clothes. The flowers were in bloom and the knockout roses were stunning to see while sitting on the front porch. My favorite part was being able to sit in the living room or bedroom on the chilly mornings and enjoy the views of water, Watching the the squirrels and geese were relaxing as well. If there was anything that could be improved upon, it would be the hot water in the showers and update the bathrooms but they were clean which is a plus in my opinion. This getaway spot is in a very quiet location and we enjoyed the down time together as a family. I have stayed at many VRBO's and I will have to say the kitchen was by far the best of any place we have stayed. Also, we are big tea drinkers and usually buy water to brew our tea but the water from the tap is delicious. We went Zip Lining in Helen, Ga, shopping in Commerce, Ga at the Tanger Outlets and hiking water falls. If you choose this place, you will have blast with all the things to do in the area on on the lake.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a quaint house on the lake with a nice view of the lake. Easy drive to Clemson for a football game! Not much around in the way of restaurants but Anderson and Lavonia are easy 15-20 minute drive for that. Overall very enjoyable stay and would stay again.

A perfect 4th of July

Very nice house right on the lake with a dock and canoe. Our grandkids had a wonderful time swimming and exploring the lake. House had everything you needed and plenty of room.

Perfect birthday/anniversary/summer solstice retreat

Ideal place to relax and enjoy the peace of the lake. The dock was great for kayak launch and swimming. The house was clean, comfortable and inviting. We felt at home within the first few minutes.

A Cozy Getaway

Everything about our stay was perfect. The host answered any and all questions promptly, and was extremely friendly. The house is so cozy, it felt like a home away from home with the bonus of a beautiful lake view. It’s an easy walk to the dock, with lovely landscaping. Kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed to cook all of our meals. 10/10 would recommend!
