This 40 sqm apartment completely renovated in 2022 is ideal for spending holidays in Nice. It is located next to the beaches, to Cours Saleya and his famous flower market and the famous Place Massena.
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator and was completely renovated and equipped.
It is comprised of:
- a living room with a sofa-bed, coffee table, television, Hi-Fi etc. opens onto a new open kitchen equipped (fridge, freezer, hood, stovetop with three burners, microwave, dishwasher, oven, washer-dryer, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle etc.),
- a bedroom with a Queen Size bed, closets, a television with foreign channels and bathroom
- a bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sink, toilet with a hand held shower, heated towel rack.
The apartment is fully air conditioned and you have free access to WIFI and television with many international channels.
We offer you as well all the amenities facilities to ensure your stay with comfort: sheets and towels of quality, a welcome pack (coffee, tea, salt and pepper, oil, sugar, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.), iron and ironing board, hair dryer, hangers, household equipment (vacuum, bucket, mop).
We can provide you a free baby cot.
The keys and badges will be given to you, on your arrival by a person who will accommodate you in front of the residence.
The building is located in the Old Nice next to Cours Saleya and his famous flower market. This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful and lively neighborhoods of Nice. A historical center, animated during the day by many typical shops, art galleries and nearby antique shops. The building is also surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The famous Promenade des Anglais and its beaches are at 2 steps away, as well as the famous Place Massena and Avenue Jean Medecin, the main shopping street. This place is also ideal to stroll through the picturesque streets of Old Nice as well as along the Coulée Verte, visit the Museum of Modern Art MAMAC, the opera, the many theaters and finally go shopping in the many luxury shops and traditional downtown area. A supermarket is also nearby.
