We're here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival. We are happy to assist via phone or through Airbnb before, during or after your stay.

Once a week, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and/or restock sheets and towels. They will NOT enter the home. They have access to the garage or shed with a code. This day may or may not fall during your stay.

Wheat Ridge is perfectly situated near the foothills of the Rocky Mountains, convenient to Downtown Denver, and near several highways. There are many parks, golf courses, trails, shopping centers, breweries, and restaurants to explore nearby. There is a grocery store 3 minutes from the house.

You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the garage. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home.

Morning light spills across the covered patio as you sip coffee and plan the day. Laughter drifts from the downstairs lounge where a movie queues on the 100" projector. In the evening, fire up the BBQ, let the kids and pups run in the fenced yard, and gather for board games before turning in. Here, shared spaces and quiet nooks make it easy to be together and unwind.

Sleeping arrangements
Spread out across 6 bedrooms and sleep up to 14 guests on 8 beds: three king, two queen, two full, and one full pull-out sofa. The master suite includes its own bathroom and a comfortable king bed. All rooms feature room-darkening shades, soft linens, and Green Leaf memory foam mattresses for a restful night.

Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms are stocked with hotel-grade towels plus shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel. One bathroom includes a shower/tub combo to accommodate different preferences. Hair dryer and cleaning products are provided.

Kitchen & dining
Cook with ease in the fully stocked, open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and serving pieces. Two dining tables seat up to 18, and casual bites come together at the central island with bar seating. After dinner, relax in the adjacent lounge with an L-shaped sectional, a 50" Smart TV, and an electronic fireplace.

Entertainment & gathering spaces
Head downstairs to the game room for movie nights on the 100" projector, foosball, and arcade fun like Pac-Man. A giant checkerboard and putting green keep friendly competition going, while ample seating invites the whole group to hang out. For quieter moments, board games and babysitter recommendations are on hand for family convenience.

Outdoor living
Step onto the covered patio for an easy barbecue on the BBQ grill, then settle into outdoor furniture to enjoy the fresh Colorado air. The fenced backyard offers space for lawn games and a secure area for pets - up to two dogs are welcome.

Extras & conveniences
Arrive to free parking for up to five cars, plus free street parking and an EV charger. Self check-in is simple with a keypad and a private entrance. Stay comfortable with air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans, and connected with WiFi and an Ethernet connection. A washer and dryer, iron, drying rack, crib, and Pack ’n Play add everyday ease. Home safety features include exterior security cameras, a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.

Neighborhood
Located in Wheat Ridge with quick access to I-70, you’re minutes from Denver and within easy reach of the mountains. Nearby highlights include Crown Hill Lake, Downtown Golden, Olde Town Arvada, Red Rocks Amphitheater, and local parks, trails, breweries, and restaurants. A grocery store is just a short drive away.

Though we recommend renting a car during your stay, our home is located close to many amenities including restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers and lots of other retail.

Please note that the 8-person hot tub was recently added to the home. We have not had a chance to add photos quite yet!

The built-in fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace.

BRINGING YOUR FURRY FRIEND?
Let us know a little about your dog(s) and we should be able to accommodate with an adjustment to our cleaning fee. $100 cleaning fee per dog, maximum two dogs only. Sorry, no cats permitted.

Please note that we have installed cameras outside the property for safety purposes. There are no cameras inside the property. There is noise detection software installed on the inside of the home. This device CANNOT record or hear anything that is said, its function is to alert us if noise above a certain decibel level is reached.

Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500.
