High Diver House is a completely renovated 1950’s home in downtown San Antonio. This gorgeous 2nd floor, two bedroom, two bath home is beautifully furnished with whimsical hand painted furniture and tastefully decorated. The home has all new modern appliances, cable TV, Wifi, and private parking. Located only 1.5 blocks from the Riverwalk and a short walk to all downtown attractions. This home was renovated to be an AirBnB with all modern conveniences and amenities incorporated. Please enjoy!

The space
High Diver House is a beautifully renovated upstairs duplex conveniently located to all San Antonio downtown attractions. Our home is modern, with the preserved old-fashioned charm and free private parking. It is within 1.5 blocks to the Riverwalk entrance, a short walk to Pearl Brewery, Convention Center, Att Center, Majestic theater and Market Square. You can enjoy the Tower of the Americas and City lights from the porch patio table. There are several trendy restaurants and bars within walking distance. Our beds are brand new and comfy, along with a kitchen any chef would envy. Very easy access to the freeways. The home boasts all new appliances, Roku TVs, free WIFI and cable, coffee, shampoo dispensers, and a home security system. The doors have a unique code for easy 24 hour check in. This is an upstairs unit, so you will have to climb a flight of stairs. Please enjoy the comfort of our home!
We do have our short term housing permit for San Antonio.

Guest access
This is a wonderful private, safe and secure home. The parking is exclusive to this unit and will accommodate two (2) large vehicles. There is additional street parking and a paid parking lot at the end of the block that will accommodate very large vehicles. The door locks, security system and and HVAC are operated with smartphones. There are backup mechanisms in place for those that do not have smartphones. The smart locks facilitate 24 access via the smartphone. There is never a need for guests to exchange keys or codes for entry. There is a full size washer and dryer. The backyard is shared space with a patio table and chairs.

Other things to note
The entire house, 318 and 320 Balitmore is an AirBnB. Both units "Vicky's Place" 320 the downstairs unit and "High Diver House" 318 the upstairs unit are similar in size, amenities, and decor. If you are interested in booking both units of this home, check the availability and indicate so in the email. This is a mother daughter joint venture. We welcome guests to either or both units. Perfect location, charming property

We had never been to San Antonio and wanted a property close to the sites and activities. This charming second floor unit was perfectly situated and had everything we could ask for. The beds were very comfortable and it was nice to have keyless entry. If you are older like we are you may want to learn how to use Roku TVs before you get there. The River Walk was within easy walking distance as was the Alamo. We used a car for the other sites. Highly recommend!

Convenient and comfy

High diver house was very conveniently located. We walked everywhere. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. Easy to check in and out, comfy and perfect for our 3 night stay.

Exceeded my expectations

Based on reviews and listing, I had very high expectations. They were exceeded. Great extra little touches made our stay extremely enjoyable. We enjoed coffee on patio in the morning and cocktails at night.There is also a smaller back patio out of the sun. Less than 20 minute walk to The Alamo and Riverwalk, but on an very quiet, safe street.

Midwest get away

The accommodation was clean and uniquely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. Adequate parking available. Walking distance to Riverwalk, restaurants, bars,public transportation and shopping. Neighborhood quiet. Outdoor seating spaces available.

WOW - A great Stay

This is a great place to stay. Upstairs and quiet. The neighborhood is great and we stayed here in order to be close to the Pearl area. A short few minute drive away. In the evening we cruised downtown to take-in the atmosphere. Again just a few minutes away on St. Marys St. I would stay here again and the place is really interesting with decor and the story of the High Diver! The pictures posted are the real deal.

Absolutely Amazing

If I'm ever in San Antonio again, I want to stay at High Diver House. The house is beautiful! The owners are amazing! The pictures are breathtaking! If you're looking for a place to stay in San Antonio, I would HIGHLY suggest you staying here!

Unique home/Great Location

Well appointed home with all the amenities you would need. Off street parking, alarm system and keyless entry. Location only a short walk to parts of the Riverwalk or a short drive to just about everything else available in San Antonio. If I return for a visit my decision to stay here is already made up. Loved it!

Perfect weekend getaway

We had a wonderful weekend and this house was perfect! It is in a great location if you're trying to get to the Riverwalk. It is just minutes away. We went to Seaworld and it was about 20 minutes away. It is very close to many dining areas and there's a gas station right around the corner. The house was very clean and comfortable for the 4 of us. We didn't cook any meals while we were there but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked. The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms were a nice size. You have a long driveway to park your car so that you don't have to park on the street. The owner is very prompt in responding to questions. We would definitely book here again if we come back to San Antonio!

Fantastic place

Loved the place. Neighbor was a little less than perfect. Homeless man living in lot across the street and our car alarm went of in the middle of the night. Still recommend the place highly though.

Delightful Place Near Downtown/River Walk

This house suited our needs well--we were two couples spending five nights in San Antonio. I especially enjoyed the front balcony where we all had our breakfast/coffee each morning.

Convenient and Secure

The property was exactly as advertised. Comfortable beds, well supplied kitchen and a short walk to the Riverwalk with about a 30 minute walk to the loop and 30 minutes North to the Pearl. We appreciated the extra safety of the security system. The neighborhood was very peaceful, even though at first siting it had a couple scars.

Close to Downtown

San Antonio weekend

Comfortable home within easy walking distance to Riverwalk. Short drive to restaurants and other activities makes this an excellent location. House works really well for two couples and the location is quiet.

Mom's 90th Birthday!

Such a nice ecclectic place with super fun painted furniture inside! Has everything you need, the location is great for downtown activities! I felt super safe with the alarm system especially in an unknown city. I would stay there again!

Girls weekend

We were 4 best friends venturing to enjoy our own city. We stayed at this beautiful, eclectic, quite, comfortable home close to downtown for a theater show and to enjoy the Christmas lit Riverwalk. Very close to walk everywhere or take an Uber at low cost. We left this weekend as if we were visiting/vacationing in another city. Would definitely recommend to others and would stay again.

We had such a wonderful stay at the High Dive house. The location was perfect - convenient to the River Walk - and the house was clean, super cute, and offered all we needed. We all agreed that the beds were also super comfortable! Would definitely stay here again if visiting San Antonio!

First time in SA w/ friends

Spent a long weekend in SA with some friends (total of 4 of us). Diver house was as advertised - great location close to everything we wanted to do while we were there. House is great for four, couldn’t have asked for more. Would definitely stay again if we head back to the area.
