Nice home walking distance the The Pearl and other restaurants and coffee shops. Very convenient to local attractions. Great front porch and back patio for sitting and relaxing in the evening.

What a great place to stay at while you're in San Antonio. We came for my son's graduation at basic in the Air Force. It was an easy 20 minute drive to base. The location was clean when we arrived. The AC worked perfectly so it wasn't hot inside even though outside was 106.All the images are exactly what is to be expected. We had a great time here in San Antonio.

The house was exactly as pictured. The location was driving distance from everywhere we wanted to visit in San Antonio. The host was very communicative and gave recommendations when asked. If we came to San Antonio we would stay here again

It’s a very nice and cozy place to stay, especially with this location for a three bedroom. It’s wonderful.It has everything we need from the kitchen to the bathroom, nothing to complain.The only minor thing is that nearby there is a big train depot. So if you are a light sleeper you will be bothered. I am OK but my hubby is bothered. The landlord provided white noise, it helped but not a lot.

The house is very clean and very pretty.We liked the location since we attended a Graduation at the Fort Sam Houston. We just drove 5 min to the visitor center.

This property was so cute & comfortable for the 4 of us. It was modern & clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were comfy. The towels were soft & large. We were 10 minutes from everything we wanted to see & do in SA. The neighborhood is undergoing renovations & at 1st glance one could wonder abt safety but it was quite safe. There is a cute breakfast/ lunch joint on the corner that was v busy w locals. We parked behind the house using the alley access. We were v happy there.

Nice & comfortable house with plenty of private parking.

We really enjoyed our stay. Claudia was so nice & helpful throughout the process. The house was clean & comfortable with all the extras that you may need for your stay. The extra parking in the back was perfect! The house was centrally located to access many nearby attractions & restaurants.

A wonderful well-located place

Our family had a great time visiting San Antonio. The place matched the descriptions. We appreciated the plentiful availability of parking behind the home and the accessibility ramp, which made entering and exiting far easier for my mother who has mobility challenges. The house is also conveniently located to downtown San Antonio, the Pearl, the Zoo, Botanical Gardens, the Witte Museum, The Quarry, etc. In general, I would recommend staying at this location again to anyone. The hostess was friendly and supportive throughout our stay.

Black and White Beauty

Very nice house with everything you could need. The host was easy to contact and attentive. The coffee bar was an unexpected treat. We felt very safe and the neighborhood was quite and close to all things downtown and the Rodeo. There are a lot of houses close by that have not been upgraded but the parking in the back was great. We definitely would stay again!!

SA fun times

We had a group of 4 adults and we were comfortable and very pleased with the property. It was as described. Enjoyed being able to walk to Pearl. Claudia was very attentive to our needs and never seemed bothered by our questions. A couple of suggestions. Add a TV to the room with the king bed. Upgrade and add a pan or two in the kitchen. We enjoy cooking while traveling and the kitchen was short on pots and the large pan was warped. Would definitely stay again.

I must admit the house was fabulous, but was in a slightly sketchy neighborhood. After the city took all the trash there were men's underpants and other items by our curb. The owners had beautiful decor and the linens were fabulous. We did need a fly swatter and maybe Kleenex. We wanted to enter 30 minutes early and I texted the owner many times an hour before but never heard from her. The lock system would not allow us to enter until 4:00 on the dot. So we waited outside on the porch in the high heat.Other than that we had a wonderful time there.

The owner was very accommodating, allowed us to enter the property a little early to put an ice cream cake in the freezer. Would be my place to stay in San Antonio, close to everything.

The Black and White Beauty was a very nice and comfortable stay. The house is modern and in a nice historic neighborhood. Our host Claudia was extremely accommodating and her communication response time was quick! Overall, we enjoyed our trip and stay.
