Great location for skiing

Nice ski in and ski out property in Giant Steps. Nice mix of beds for our group. Ample space for four guys plus inside parking! Would recommend!

Nice cabin

Nice ski in & out condo, well stocked. Ski-in feature for advanced skiers only. Boot warmer comes very handy. Owner is nice and helpful.

Cozy condo close to Giant Steps

Our stay (2 couples) was very good. The condo was very cozy and had plenty of space. All the necessary kitchen equipment was there if you plan to bring and cook your own food. Since it was early in the season the ski in ski out was not groomed yet so we did have to walk/drive to the lifts. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at the condo and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay up on the mountain.

Excellent Condo

We have been to Brian Head many times and the resort was great as always. This condo however made our stay extra special. Very well stocked throughout, comfortable beds (which we have not always gotten at Giant Steps), and game cubes for the kids. This is a true ski in - ski out with very little effort, unlike other who may claim to be ski out. We will stay at this condo again for sure. We are a family of 5 with kids ranging from 8-12.

Welcome to home away comfort

This condo was comfortable and clean. Upgrades in the kitchen made it a pleasure to cook. A few stock items were missing however, a ladle and baking pans as I'm an avid cook. Everything else in the condo was in good working order and my family appreciated their stay, skiing during the day and enjoying the well stocked video library provided at night. We most likely will stay here again.

Family comfort

We enjoyed our stay at the Stark's place. It was very comfortable. The nice decorations and plush reclining couch and chairs provided ample ambiance and comfort for our family of 4. The wall hooks and boot and glove dryer definitely helped prevent clutter on the floors. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked. We loved skiing in and out from the condo and enjoyed the spa and sauna that was in the building. Beds were comfortable. Would definitely come back to this unit. John was very helpful and accomqdating to our needs. Thanks so much.

Perfect family vacation great condo

The condo is very comfortable with plenty of room to relax and lounge. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and prepare meals and has significant upgrades. The wal heater for gear is a great feature to keep ski gear organized. All around great condo to stay at. We never moved the car from the parking garage. Walked to the lodge and shops. Ththe building has lots of amenities with spa and sauna and game room. We really couldn't have asked for or expected more. Thank you for allowing us to stay in Brian Head. It's a true mountain escape.

Great Ski-In, Ski-Out Condo

John was a great host for our family ski vacation. He was prompt in contacting me once I asked to reserve and shared his extensive knowledge of the area with me. The information he provided not only gave us specific directions about using the condo but also shared contacts for snowmobiling and the local Thai restaurant. His condo was in excellent condition, the perfect size for a family of six. The kids loved the spa and the clubhouse, especially the pool table and ping pong. The building was truly ski-in, ski-out which made stopping for lunch so much easier. Add to it the covered parking and it was about as easy a vacation as possible. If you need a place to stay in Brian Head, this is truly it! Thanks again John for providing such a wonderful ski experience.

Best place in Brianhead

This place is wonderful! It is the perfect size and layout for 1 large family or 2 small families. I rent many places through VRBO and I must say, this is the BEST kitchen I have ever seen. The beautifully designed kitchen has custom granite and a back-splash with all new, upgraded appliances. There is even a stocked wine refrigerator. In addition to the appliances, the kitchen includes all new cooking utensils, pots and pans any chef will need. The owner John obviously takes pride in his place. He texted me the night we arrived to make sure we got in alright, during our stay to see if we needed anything, and after we checked out to thank us for renting from him. Exceptional customer service! The location could not be more convenient. It is right on the slopes! We will be renting from John again.

Accommodating owner and well-stocked property

We spent two days skiing on Superbowl Weekend. The owners have excellent business practices in arranging the rental and making sure you get all the information you need. The two bedroom property was clean and well-stocked. Everything we could possibly need in the kitchen was already there -- a full complement of cookery, utensils and even specialty items. No need to open a wine bottle with a knife or screwdriver (as we have too many times). There were plenty of towels and the boot/glove dryer was a nice touch, too. The living room has wonderful seating. A large, comfortable sectional sofa with multiple recliners is the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. Though we're not much for TV while skiing, all of the rooms have modern flat screen TV's. A counter height dining table was an enjoyable place for the six of us to have dinner. There's additional seating space at the countertop, too. The Ski-IN-OUT was great. We much preferred to stop in and have lunch at the condo than to wrangle with the food and people at the lodge. Took us awhile, though, to figure out how to get out on the lodge side of the building. The exit is on the first floor. Building III has it's own spa and sauna, too. A beautiful, large (& deep!) spa that's kept piping hot. That can also be a little tricky to find, but if you just go into the stairwell near where you drove into the garage (opposite ski exit), you'll eventually find it. John, the owner, was terrific. With just a phone call to ask, he allowed us to check out a bit later since new guests weren't coming in behind us. That kindness made all the difference on our second day, allowing us to get in a full day's skiing before packing it all up and heading home. Keep in mind that if guests are checking in after you, the unit needs to be vacated by 11 am, though. All in all, a great trip. I will certainly look for this unit again for our next trip. Awesome, quiet, breathtaking

This was the perfect quarantine vacation! Literally 4 miles down the road from Cedar Breaks. There was almost no one around, so we had no trouble social distancing. The kitchen was amply stocked and perfect for our needs. We would totally stay here again.

Snowy Quiet Wonderland

We arrived late at night to our condo and it was super easy to get in especially with the underground parking. The place was clean and set up beautifully with local art work everywhere, sleeping arrangements, and living quarters. The kitchen had everything we needed so we could make meals. The owner let us know about all the local food spots, codes for game area and spa, along with an abundance of wood we could use. There were board games, movies, and video games throughout the condo. The managers of the condos were super friendly and helpful especially with cleaning up the ice roads getting in and out of the property. Overall loved our experience with it being out grandson’s first time in snow.

Ski Vacation

We had a great time in Brian Head and the condo was perfect. The location is awesome and is a true ski in/out. The condo is very cozy, has high end appliances, and spacious. The host, John, is probably one of the best I’ve experienced. He is passionate about making sure you have a good time not only in his condo but in Brian Head. I Highly recommend condo and Brian Head.

We loved our stay... it felt like home as soon as we walked in.

We had our family with grandkids and grand parents with us and it was perfect. We skied and snowboarded to and from condo to the lift without any difficulty. The owner was great and very accommodating to us. We will definitely go again and rent this unit. The Oldroyd's

Great Getaway!

John’ place was perfect for our family - great location, beautiful condo with a super comfortable living room and a gourmet kitchen! John made it really easy to check in while we in transition between places. We all had a great time!

Spent 1 night in condo. we arrived at 3 pm was not cleaned yet. Even after cleaners were there the place smelled and sheets were dirty bed is uncomfortable and creeks would Not stay here
