Close to lake attractions and Milan, Bellagio, Como, Venice, Lugano with easy trips to famous Italian cities. Villa Rosina, owned by the Famiglia Pertusini for centuries, is a perfect lakeside retreat that puts you front and center on the lake looking west over the wonders of the region. The house is located off the main road via a waterfall crossed lane, down a garden staircase providing the perfect waterfront vacation in this secluded, historic retreat.
Enjoy the lakeside garden, boat dock, where you swim, and only a short walk to town to restaurants, bars and the ferry.
