With its southern exposure and large bay windows, the house is bathed in the Vendée sunshine for most of the day.
This holiday rental comprises
- A separate entrance leading to :
- a kitchen (fully equipped) followed by an adjoining utility room (integrated washing machine/dryer).
- a dining room adjoining the kitchen, opening onto a south-facing terrace with a television.
- The terrace has its own garden furniture
- The living room is very bright thanks to its 3 bay windows and includes a lounge with two sofas, a TV screen, WIFI (ideal for teleworking) and facilities for children.
- Bedroom 1: 160x190 bed (duvet + two pillows) with television
- Bedroom 2: one 160x190 bed (duvet + two pillows) with television
- Bedroom 3: children's bedroom, with two 80x190 single beds (duvet + two pillows / bedding)
- Shared bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and WC.
