Denna 7: e våning, utsikt över endenheten, är fantastisk från den extra långa, stora balkongen (420 kvm) med vidöppen kustutsikt och tillräckligt med sittplatser för alla. Dessa lägenheter har två sovrum och vardagsrum som gränsar till balkongen med utsikt över bukten med utsikt över de orörda vita stränderna och glittrande smaragdvatten i viken. Denna vackra lägenhet är en av få Tropic Winds 3 sovrum, låg våning, lägenheter med 2 sovrum. Anläggningen har en inomhus- / utomhuspool, bubbelpool, bastu och fitnesscenter. Den reserverade parkeringsplatsen är bekvämt belägen mittemot hissen. Ytterligare fordon parkerar i överflödet parkeringsdäck tvärs över gatan.

Alla föremål från möbler, konstverk till tillbehör har professionellt valts för att göra din hemupplevelse upplevelse verkligen minnesvärd. Två master sviter vid havet har king size-sängar, armstolar, nattbord, garderober och privata badkar med kombination av dusch / badkar.

Det tredje sovrummet har två enkelsängar, byrå och en garderob. Alla rum har TV och DVD-spelare. Det tredje badrummet har en dusch / badkarkombination.

Det stora vardagsrummet har sittplatser för sex plus fyra vid bänken. En bäddsoffa i queen-size, med stolar gör denna enhet till det perfekta stället att koppla av. Med exceptionella möbler har enheten nio fots tak, fyra takfläktar, kronformning, balkongbar, fullt utrustat kök och ismaskin. Den har också ett stort separat tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det borde lätt rymma två familjer.

Anläggningen ligger cirka fem - tio minuter från Pier Park, som är den främsta destinationen för restauranger, shopping och nöjen i Panama City Beach. Inom en kort bilresa finns det flera golfbanor, naturreservat och naturparker, djuphavsfiske charter, antika och Shell Island skyttlar.

Ingen rökning, inga husdjur. Maximal beläggning är 8 personer med den primära hyresgästen inte minst 25 år. Family Vaca

Every detail from check in to check out was absolutely trouble free. The condo itself is exactly as pictured and the view was beautiful. We had all the needed kitchen utensils to fix breakfast, lunch and dinner every day. The reserved beach chairs were nice. We will definitely be back.

Awesome balcony, with it being an end unit we got aside view. Pool, hottub, and property were very clean. Easy access to the beach. Liked we were at the end with less traffic. Was easy to get in and out, just drive down to Pier Park. Tubs are very slippery. Need to put bathtub mats in condo bathrooms for guest to use if they want to or list it as an item they may want to bring. Had beach toys for guest to use, and 2 beach loungers were provided for this unit to use. Loved that it had washer and dryer in unit.

Great Spot

Great Spot, condo was clean and well furnished and located on the “quiet end” of PCB. The fact that it had two master bedrooms with kings makes it ideal for families traveling together. Our only complaint…the elevators are slow and seemingly having issues (1-2 out of 3 down at differing times) during our stay. I can’t blame that on the condo owner or the managing group (Greta’s… who were excellent) but to the building owner(s), clearly there is some work to be done. ** if you have a large truck (F-250, 350 etc) consider driving in with something else, parking is premium here. Even in our Expedition, it was extremely tight, there’s no way I could’ve got my truck in and around. All in all, excellent stay !!! Definitely coming back again

Only complaint is living room furniture is uncomfortable and condo decor is outdated . We had friends staying on 11th flour and decor was beachy , inviting and comfortable .

Peaceful and Beautiful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was extremely spacious, easily accommodating me, my husband, my 2 sons and their two friends. It was very nice having 3 full bathrooms in addition to there being plenty of extra towels and bed linens/pillows. The balcony was enormous and it was nice to have access from both of the front master bedrooms. Unfortunately, the weather was too cool to spend much time on the balcony but the view was mesmerizing and sound of the waves were peaceful. The location being further west seemed to be less crowded and noisy but close enough for my sons and their friends to get to the areas of their interest. The furnishings were very nice. The sofa and living room chairs have shown some wear but were comfortable. I particularly loved the dining room set, the art work and the lovely centerpiece. The furniture in the bedrooms were very good quality wood and the mattresses were very comfortable. It was nice to have televisions in every room to accommodate different interests though the television in one of the master bedrooms intermittently had a distorted picture. The owner responded quickly to our response to check it out but it continued to be a problem intermittently. I enjoyed having the availability of the DVD and stereo to accommodate the iPod. The upscale kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cooking utensils, and dishes/glassware to accommodate many people. I loved their were no keys to keep up with due to keyless entry which helped facilitate easy access for everyone. Also loved having a designated parking space right in front of the elevators. We never had to wait very long for an elevator except the time there was a fire alarm which we were not aware of since there was no alarm that went off in our condo. Hopefully this is an issue that has been resolved. In summary, I would definitely recommend this condo and if I am in the area again, I would definitely like to return.
