Working with Sunni was a true delight. Her responses were always immediate and respectful. With a hurricane approaching shore we had to leave a day early. Sunni went out of her way to make sure we were reimbursed. Her condo was very comfortable and our family felt at home. Thank you!

This space was wonderful for our group. Everything was clean and cool inside! Our host was very responsive to questions and requests. We even got in an hour earlier than expected. Gorgeous views. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Condo was in need for a deep cleaning. Dirty glassware in the kitchen cabinet. Pot smoking by a neighbor kept us off our balcony. Notified the condo HOA manager but smoking did not stop. Signs all over the building that it was a no smoking condo building. We booked a week and moved out after 3 days. Owner said she would refund the 250 cleaning fee but we lost the rest of the 7 day rental.

As owner, I ask guests to notify me within the first day of arrival if the condo isn’t cleaned to your satisfaction. You did not notify me until after you left. If I had been aware of your issues I would have been happy to have my cleaner come over and attempt to clean to your satisfaction. I would have also asked security to search for the smoker. Since you did not communicate any problems while you were there, I was unaware and therefore unable to help resolve issues.

Great vacation. The condo and location one of the best in PCB. Low key - feels like almost no one is on the beach - great beach service- great pool - perfect beach - and great location to all the restaurants.
Great water - with shallow entry sandbar.
Low density of people during peek summer events
Almost no wave’s somedays.

Great location and less of the crowds. A little over a mile to Pier Park and within walking distance to McGuires Irish Pub, pizza, grocery store and nail salon. The property was as advertised and very, very clean. Very spacious for 6 adults and had all we needed for cooking. Large balcony and easy to get to the beach. We loved our stay and will be booking again in the future.

BEAUTIFUL CONDO! GREAT HOST!

Absolutely loved our stay and the owner/host was wonderful! She even switched a day for us when I found out I would have to leave a day earlier. She was in constant contact, answered all my questions and was super helpful! Will def request a stay at this condo in the future!

Awesome!

Awesome communication with owner regarding issues and problems of which they were very few and far between. The building was nice and never felt crowded. Will definitely be booking for next year again! Awesome owner communication!!

Beautiful Views

This property was accurately described. Our family loved the beautiful views, the decor of the condo, and all the property amenities. Our stay was during the Fourth of July, and the fireworks from Pier Park were spectacular! There were a few minor needs during our stay that the owner responded to quickly. We were very satisfied with our experience. We would definitely reserve this condo again.

Best condo on the beach!!! The property was exactly as pictured….the views were stunning…truly a penthouse view!!! Perfect location in the middle of Panama City beach.The penthouse was spotless with plenty of room. The facility was very clean and security was always on location.The best part was that there were always two beach chairs with an umbrella waiting for me on the beach everyday!!!It doesn’t get any better than that!! Sunni the host was exceptional… sending emails and calling to make sure we had everything we needed. I can’t say enough about the penthouse and our stay…thank you Sunni….we will be back.

PCB Condo

Beautiful penthouse apartment. The ease of getting to the beach was fantastic. Perfect location, close enough to restaurants, but not overly crowded. Sunni was a fantastic host, replying quickly any time I had a question. Only area of lower stars was cleanliness. There was money and a toothpick on a bedroom table and trash on the floor. I would highly recommend this condo!!

Just an amazing getaway!

We stay in this building just about every year. But this by far may have been our favorite. The unit was clean and welcoming. The decor is fun and really tells a story. But the view, omg the view from 17 stories up is just amazing. We seen dolphins, manatees, sting rays and huge schools of fish! I usually never give 5 stars, but this one deserves every one of them. We will be staying here again in the future. Thank you so much!

Better than advertised, and better than I hope for

The owner of this condo did not exaggerate the listing at all. Everything was under promised and over delivered. The place is absolutely beautiful. It was very clean. Three bedrooms and three bath just like the advertisement said. The balcony had lots of seating and on the 17th floor the view was phenomenal. I would recommend this condo to anyone that wants quality. Lots of space and a clean clean condo. I will rent this again. Oh by the way the master bath is absolutely huge with a jetted, whirlpool tub, standup shower, two sinks closet, and another closet with a toilet in it.

Awesome view

Being so high up, we could pick out the sea life below. Awesome sunsets when the sky is clear enough. Pool and patio are really nice. Security is friendly and obviously present often. Cleaning crews are diligent. Nice to have the beach chairs included. There are two other beach chairs in master closet. The sofa is not a sleeper. The blow up queen mattress is available for that and we did not use it. Sofa needs some more stuffing in the corner seat cushion. Sunni was very responsive to my emails. Nothing pressing. There is sufficient furniture on the balcony to work for a family of seven. No black out curtain in the living room, but all other rooms have great blackouts. Kitchen had sufficient equipment, but if you do much cooking, bring your own dish soap and dish washer detergent. FYI, no laundry detergent offered like in most other units we have rented at the beach and elsewhere. Overall, this unit worked really well for our four generation family vacation. Thank you Sunni.

Palazzo is a beautiful property in a great location on the west end. The condo is amazing. It is better than advertised and exceeded our expectations. It was spotless upon our arrival and was stocked well with everything you might need. The balcony is very roomy and offers excellent views with your morning coffee or watching the sunset. Sunni is a premier host for a reason. Communication with her about check in, parking and all other information was conveyed clearly. We will definitely be booking again.

We absolutely loved the condo and the view is amazing! We had a wonderful time with our older kids and their friends. I highly recommend renting through Suni as well! Great communication!
