Effective January 1, 2023, the HOA has changed the golf rates to play: 9 holes $45.00 and 18 holes $75.00. The golf cart is included in the new rates. This decision was finalized by the HOA in November . HOA fee is still $214 until April 2023, but it will increase more after May.
