Detta är en 2BR, 2BA lägenhet belägen i den avslappnade stranden staden Gulf Shores, AL. Den har nyligen uppdaterats och har alla bekvämligheter för en avkopplande resa. Eftersom den ligger på den första nivån krävs det inte en hiss för att komma åt den här egenskapen.

Vår enhet har nyligen uppgraderats med nya skåp, bänkskivor i granit, nya apparater och kakelgolv.

Vi har ett fastighetsförvaltningsföretag i Gulf Shores som tillhandahåller check-in / out-tjänster, parkeringskort och hanterar eventuella underhålls- eller reparationsproblem. Vi tillåter inte husdjur eller röker i enheten.

Sandpiper är ett komplex med låg densitet (48 enheter) med en blåsig, tropisk design som inkluderar mogna palmer och grillgrillar i fastighetens pool / innergård. Fastigheten har inte en lång strandpromenad över sanddynerna och poolen ligger bokstavligen några steg från stranden.

Sandpiper är också praktiskt för shopping och bra restauranger.

Spring Break

We had a wonderful time. Many other families at the property. So easy to go to beach and pool then back to beach etc. had everything we needed. We will be coming back!

Loved the condo!

Very happy with everything about our visit and the facility. Very clean and great location. Lots of room for our family of five. 2 bathrooms was a huge plus. It had everything we could need. Would definitely come back if in the area again.

Excellent

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean, well equipped and in a great location. We stayed a long weekend for a concert at the hangout. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Property, Great Location

I LOVED this property and this unit- it is beautifully decorated. I do not love a high rise building; This property is perfect if you prefer a low rise. Parking is under the units and out of the sun It has mature palm trees and easy access to the beach and pool. Would highly recommend staying here. The only complaint, if you want to call it that, you don’t have a private balcony and having to stop at the property management place to get the door code and check out information that could easily be given through email. I will certainly be back to stay at this property and this unit!

Winter get away

We enjoyed our time at 2A Sandpiper condo. It was very homey and welcoming. We spent much of our time at the pool and swimming in the heated pool which we greatly appreciated. The Sandpiper Complex is very well kept. We met many nice snowbirds there. Booked for next year! So excited!

Great condo, will stay again

We have a great trip to Gulf Shores, and the condo was great! Well stocked kitchen, plenty of room for our family if 4. Giving a 5 star rating BUT would suggest a few things. 1. Get ride of rug in living room. It needs a cleaning and not necessary. 2. Sheets on bed where strange. Thinnest sheets I have ever seen. 3. Cheek in at rental office totally unnecessary and something I haven’t done in years. Have mgmt email the door code and have housekeeping leave parking passes on kitchen counter. Again great condo, these things will not keep us from coming back!

Love Love Love

This place was perfect. Very Close to the beach, clean, comfortable with everything you need for a perfect getaway. Only about 1 mile from the main area of Gulfshores, but you had the ability to have a very nice quiet beach steps away. Would 100% stay here again.

We are a family of four who love to travel. Our favorite destinations are places with great beaches. This is why we love Gulf Shores, Al. It has some of the prettiest beaches and sand and we are comparing it against some of the most prestigious beaches in the world.

We chose Gulf Shores, Al. because we have been going there since we were young and it is only 3 1/2 hours from our home. It has some of the prettiest beaches and sand in the world.

Our unit is unique in that it is a low rise complex with a family atmosphere. The pool and beach are very close to all the units and most have a beach view.
