Trip Advisor recently awarded La Jolla Shores the "Best Beach on the West Coast," and you will be only a block away from this gem of the shoreline! Our modern two story, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath is nearly 4,000 square feet, and can sleep up to eight people. Check the listings: there is simply no other place like this for short term rentals in all of La Jolla Shores, considering our proximity to Kellogg Beach Park.
There is plenty of opportunity for at home enjoyment as well, including outdoor dining and BBQ, plus a beautiful brand new pool and spa. Relax on the upstairs balcony or the front courtyard. There is no need to drive while you soak up the Shores. Everything is within easy walking distance in the village, with coffee, pizza, ice cream, surf shops, kayak rentals and restaurants. Also within walking distance are world renown Scripps Institution of Oceanography and Birch Aquarium. Our house features a generous library with every variety of book imaginable. Our kitchen and pantry are well appointed and integrated for easy entertaining in the living room and dining room. The den/gym features an elliptical trainer, an exercycle, and weights. In addition, each floor has a large Samsung flat screen HD television with surround sound. You can even watch your favorite movies from the spa with our outdoor high def TV.
Keep your cool in the summer with dual zone air conditioning, or jump in the ocean or your private swimming pool. Enjoy the beach with our stand up paddleboards and boogie boards, which are included. Beach towels too.
Two coveted off street parking spaces. Easy and direct access to I-5, which makes downtown San Diego, Del Mar, Torrey Pines Golf Course, SeaWorld and San Diego Zoo an easy fifteen minute drive, or less.

We are native San Diegans who were lucky enough to have had parents who recognized paradise when they saw it. We love to travel and are happy to share our home with like minded people.
Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
We both have lived in San Diego County for our entire lives. Four years ago we made the move to our "forever home" at our favorite beach, La Jolla Shores. The neighborhood is welcoming and features restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Kellogg Beach Park is only a block away!
Vad som gör detta boende unikt
We have an open floor plan which incorporates indoor/outdoor flow. The house features high ceilings and an abundance of light from large windows. This is a complete recreation home with new pool, spa, deck, barbecue and outdoor TV. We provide a surfboard, stand up paddle boards and boogie boards so you can fully enjoy the local beach.
