A Perfect Retreat for Family and Relaxation!

We had a wonderful experience at this charming place! It provided the perfect setting for peace and serenity, allowing us to spend quality family time together. We truly felt we were able to heal both physically and mentally during our stay. The pool were a fantastic addition, enhancing our relaxation. The place is super cute and full of character, making it a memorable getaway. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect!

Refreshing and Restorative

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the dome house. Although there were a few MINOR things about our stay that could have been better (the water temperature was slightly cooler than we expected and the kitchen knives and can opener were flimsy and difficult to use), we think the overall experience was fantastic. We absolutely loved our time there!

Magical!

This place is absolutely magical. Truly such a unique property that felt like a dream get away while also being very homey and comfortable. The private pool and mountain views were incredible! Would definitely stay here again .

Hot Springs Pool!!! Dome House Fun!

My family had the pleasure of staying at this neat dome home for Labor Day weekend 2024. The private hot springs pool is everything, that alone was worth the trip! Then you feel somehow transported to the 70's in such architectural awesomeness that is the dome. The deer, hummingbirds and chipmunks made sitting outside with a morning coffee very enjoyable. Super cute spot.

Great get away

Jean was great with communication, this property was easily accessible and had a wide view of the chalk cliffs. The spa pool was so clean, relaxing, and I love that there was a float and beach ball because we didn’t think to bring that. We appreciate Jeans kindness towards my family and loved the warm colors this groovy get away had. Love the light fixtures and all decorations, getting away from all modern bland colors was such a nice twist! The kitchen was stalked with all utensils we ever needed ! Thank you !!!’

Peaceful, unique, reinvigorating

The dome house was a really pleasant experience! The pool house was very well kept, and the water was crystal clear. The temperature was perfect for enjoying in long stretches and melting away the stress of the week. The privacy was an added bonus one cannot find at resorts! The setting was serene - a family of six mule deer made our Saturday afternoon. Jean was an excellent host - very responsive and we wanted/needed for nothing. An overall wonderful experience we will never forget!

Property Manager - Ruined Stay

Do not rent from this property manager or do not rent this house. The property manager tried to charge per guest after I had already booked the house for almost $3000. They have cameras everywhere and watch your every move. Cameras are on every porch and every door. We went for a family weekend after a death in the family to try and get away for a few days. I paid almost $3000 for the property, sent over the rental agreement listing all guests who would be at the property and was immediately sent a request for an additional $300 for an extra bed fee.. I happily paid the fee and received the gate instructions and code. Once we arrived, I could not get the door open and tried to call the property manager. She never returned our calls and sent a nasty email telling us to exit the property immediately as I had not paid for all my guests. The emails and harassment went on for the entire trip. Never rent from this manager and do not rent this house.

great place to stay

Overall it was very good. Very clean and welcoming. The only thing I would change is to put a warning on the upstairs balcony door going outside that tells you it will lock behind you if you close it. We enjoyed our stay and will be wanting to come again in the future.

Awesome retro dome with epic views

The house was amazing. It is an immeriseve 70s experience with an epic view of the magnificent chalk cliffs. It is a unique romantic escape. The pool (with hot water) was amazing and felt even better after a hike.

Eclectic 70s Dome Home

This eclectic home was a great base for our trip away from city life. We’ve always been curious about geodesic domes, so we were very excited to stay here. The location is quiet and secluded, but still convenient to BV and Salida. There was plenty of room for us to spread out, but also bring us together for meals and games. The views are stunning. The best part is the pool, which was the perfect temperature, very restorative and ultra-convenient. Jean was very attentive to our needs and always responsive to our messages. Thank you!

Amazing place!

This property was amazing! I went with a group of friends for a relaxing getaway and it was perfect! Unique decor, amazing location, epic views and the hot spring pool was incredible! We loved swimming there multiple times a day and relaxing in the den to enjoy the view. The beds were extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here!

It's all about the POOL!!!

What a great stay! The home is funky and different, but very clean. The beds are amazing and all of the furnishings are very comfortable. But what this home is really about is the POOL. OMG... what a luxury to have your own private hot springs pool. We spent most of the week in and out of the pool, it was fantastic.
