Detta fritidshus ligger i den populära 24-timmars säkerhetsvakt Gated Windsor Palms Resort community. Det finns tre sovrum på första våningen (två är kung masterrum), ett vardagsrum med skinnsoffor och en 50-tums TV. På övervåningen hittar du ytterligare tre sovrum (en king size-säng och två rum med 2 enkelsängar i varje rum). Fyra sovrum har TV och det finns gratis WiFi, kabel och AC i hela huset. För er spelare tillhandahåller vi också en PlayStation 4-spelkonsol så att du inte behöver missa någon av din speltid medan du är på semester! Sängkläder, handdukar och dina grundläggande toalettartiklar är alla utrustade samt ett fullt utrustat kök för att laga måltider till din stora fest. Det finns en stor pool och ett stort däck med spa och gott om poolmöbler. Dessutom finns det ett bra utbud av plantskolutrustning gratis för våra mest värdefulla gäster.

Klubbhuset har en biograf, träningsrum, Wii-rum, diverse och ett spelområde. Utanför finns en stor gemensam pool, tennisbanor, basket och volleyboll och en grillplats för grillplats och lekplats för barn, liksom en tiki-bar som serverar drycker och mat.

Vårt hus ligger precis under 192, där det finns ett stort urval av restauranger, takeaways och butiker, inklusive stora supermarknader (Walmart är precis vid väg) för alla dina behov. Vi är tillgängliga när som helst för frågor och hjälp. Vi drivs inte av ett stort ledningsföretag där du bara är ett nummer. Vi är husets ägare och vi bor lokalt. Vi tar hand om huset som vårt eget och du kommer att uppleva skillnaden!

To drive 6-7 hours with family and be met with this clean and cozy house was amazing. The outside doesn’t do it justice, it is larger than I was expecting, with plenty of space for everyone. Nice pool side bbq w/ dining table set up. Kids loved the pool, it was larger in comparison to our neighbors. Had everything we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.

Most amazing stay for family

We came to celebrate our daughter turning 3 and niece turning 15. We loved everything about this vacation rental/home. We were made comfortable and was able to really enjoy family time. Checking was so easy. Response time for things we made have needed was quick. We can not wait to return. Thank you so much Chai for your hospitality.

Perfect

This house was perfect, it had everything we needed and was in such a great location. Our granddaughters loved the pool and the movie theater. We also found it really easy to get to the parks without all of the crazy traffic. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Vacation

It was close to everything. We had 3 families traveling together n staying together, this place was perfect for us. The check in and check out process was so easy and not stressful at all. Extra Bonus to the daily trash pick up!!!! With 3 families, we had so much trash from all the take out food and paper plates (no one wants to do dishes on vacation!).

Lovely rental home

We had my parents join us as they live in Florida and we are from Maryland. We had a wonderful time. The home theater was a highlight of our stay. We also grilled cheeseburgers one night. We loved the spacious open living room with a balcony.

Spacious house, amazing host

Everything was as described. Plenty of room for our family and the host was always prompt to respond. The theater room was perfect for watching sports. Community is very nice and set back in a quiet area.

Great place for family gatherings

Overall my family had a great stay at the home. The house is spacious, yet cozy and the neighborhood was quiet and welcoming. Outside of a few minor suggestions, I would definitely see us staying there again.

Really could be a 5 star place as the house is well designed, in a convenient location, with plenty of amenities, and in a secure gated community. However, i'm giving it 3 stars as the home was missing basic expected essentials that normally come with a short term rental (e.g. Kitchen - dish washer soap, cooking spray/oil, foil, pizza pan/cutter, scrubies, basic cleaning supplies (like windex), minimal Paper towels provided; Bedroom/Bathrooms - very minimal amount of TP for a 6 room house, not enough wash cloths, no kleenex). The media room looks nice but is impractical since there is no AC. The baby stroller needs to be replaced / repaired as it has a broken wheel. The check-in process was a nightmare (especially after a long flight with an infant) as the guard gate did not have me setup as an approved guest even though I booked the house months in advance. It took multiple messages with the host and extra trips back and forth from the house to the guard gate to get everything corrected. If these things are corrected it is certainly a 5 star location.

Great but little things could make it better.

Loved this house, layout is good, pool and hot tub were nice, location to Disney was good. Could be cleaner, waxy build-up on bathroom floor, more towels and trash bags would be nice and some updating would be good. Otherwise, great house at this price point.

Bill M. New Hampshire 17th year annual Golf Trip

The house is as advertised . Big, roomy and clean. There is big TV in living room and the (3) large bedrooms also have TV's. Could use a few more pots and pans. Great, secure location. Lastly, the property manager Chai Xiong was on top of any minor situation that occurred. He answered his phone/text promptly. We have never had a PM this good in 17 years!!

Lots of room

The home had lots of room. Enough for 10 people to be here comfortably. The pool was nice although the lights didn't work. Which doesn't seem like a big deal but when the kids wanted to swim late in the evening, it was pretty dark outside. There was a problem with the hot tub but the owner came and fixed it right away. A few additional home amenities and the house would have been perfect.

The property was in good overall condition. The location was great if we were planning on visiting parks, but we were in town for business. This meant forever battling park traffic. There was no mention in the ad that signed vehicles couldn't park overnight. The landlord went above and beyond to make sure the vehicles we had would be acceptable for the HOA. FL HOA are incredibly powerful, and a complete pain in the behind!

Smelled like mold. Had to leave after first night

The house was a nice design however it was in disrepair. I really hate to leave a poor review for anyone but don’t want to see other people waste their money. The carpet was ver old and dirty. The house smelled like mold so bad that we had to leave after the first night. Other issues included toilet seat falling off, microwave did not work, hot tub had about a foot of water in it, comforters were not clean at all, bath fixture leaks water behind the wall. I have many pictures of the issues and expected a refund per a conversation with the owner. He was out of town and unable to come fix or review the issues. He now did not honor his word nor will he respond. Not a good look for VRBO. This issue still needs resolved.

We love everything that central Florida has to offer: Beautiful weather all year round, the beaches, the Disney parks, the Seaworld parks, the Universal parks, and all the many wonderful amenities that is within one hour drive from central Florida. When we are not busy with work or extended family functions, we like to come out and enjoy all of what central Florida has to offer with our three children. We understand how important time with family is so when you stay at our house, we will make sure you don't have to worry about things not working, or a dirty house.
