Our Seaside is a modern beach retreat in Seagrove with a beautiful large private pool (with option to heat).This home is tucked away in a tree-lined residential area between 30A and Eastern Lake. Your rental comes complete with four bikes, a fantastic amenity that invites you to explore the scenic surroundings at your leisure. Whether you choose a leisurely walk or a breezy bike ride, the beach is just minutes away, allowing you to immerse yourself in the coastal beauty effortlessly. For a winter stay that's truly exceptional, the heated pool is an absolute must. You can bask in the warmth of the heated pool while enjoying the peaceful ambiance of the season.

Our Seaside greets you with a warm and inviting open space where both the kitchen and the dining area open into the living area for effortless entertaining that has a large smart tv's. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes some extras like a Crock-Pot, Instant Pot and air fryer! Right off the kitchen is a large laundry room plus a half bathroom.

At the back of the home you'll find the bunk room with a full bathroom (convenient for those pool days) and access to your very own private pool oasis. Out here, feel free to splash around or grab a lounger. Enjoy cooking up a great dinner on the gas grill while watching your family enjoy an incredible pool day.
There are two additional bedrooms on the second floor, each with a private bathroom and balcony. The third floor serves as a bonus bedroom, featuring two custom-built twin beds. From this space, you can access the roof deck to take in stunning views of Seagrove and the surrounding 30A communities.

Enjoy ultimate relaxation by the poolside lounge area, featuring various seating options including loungers, chairs, a sofa, and a large dining table. Refresh with an enclosed outdoor shower, perfect for post-swim or beach days. Plus, there are five outdoor patios for everyone to unwind in their own space.

Sleeping Arrangements:
1st Floor, Bedroom 1: Queen-over-Queen bunks, twin trundle. TV and pool access. Private bathroom with shower.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, queen sofa sleeper and balcony access. Private bathroom with tub/shower combo.
2nd Floor, Bedroom 3: King bed, TV and balcony access. Private bathroom with large rainfall shower.
3rd Floor, Bonus Space: 2 twin beds, twin rollaway, TV and private roof deck access.

Eastern Lake and Ramsgate offer great access points. Eastern Lake is perfect for kids, providing a calm, shallow spot for floating and rinsing off after the beach. Enjoy both lake and beach access!

Hop on the 19-mile bike/walking trail that parallels 30A and enjoy quick access to Seagrove's restaurants and shopping or head west to enjoy all that Seaside has to offer. A starter set of amenities is provided: The kitchen includes paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, kitchen wipes, trash liners, and laundry pods. Each bathroom has toilet paper, facial and bath soaps, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels include one body towel and washcloth per guest, plus two hand towels per bathroom.

Disappointing trip

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had great expectations of this location with a private pool. Instead of giving a long story, just going to list the issues which started with the pool area that made all the other issues even more pronounced.*Pool itself very dirty with leaves, dirt, straw, nails, rubber gaskets, hair, bugs all in it.*Pool furniture not in great shape at all and some even broken and extremely dirty.*No pool equipment to clean, just damaged poles and no nets.*Mold and mildew in areas around the pool.*No organization around the pool and old damaged floats and rusty chairs just thrown in the corner.*Gas grill needs to be trashed and buy a new one. Empty or broken LP gas tanks. Very rusty grates that could not be cleaned and I tried.*Blinds damaged in the house, light bulbs out, some mildew in the bathrooms, area in kitchen ceiling that looked as if recently attempted to be repaired from some water damage.These were the main items that stand out and some could be overlooked but just made it worse since the pool was so bad.Was in touch with Benchmark from the beginning trying to get answers dealing with the main issue of the pool. Eventually after a couple days found out from them that the pool had major issues from the pump/filter equipment and also a crack in it. Appeared they were just finding this information out as well or someone did not communicate very well about it. Communication from Benchmark before arrival could have solved a bunch of these issues. We were unable to use the pool the whole time due to these issues along with it being a health concern. I will say Benchmark management did reach out after our trip to help ease the heartache of this trip with some compensation. Even with that, it still can’t bring back the time, relaxation, enjoyment, and memories we were looking for.

Location and communication were great. We chose this property because it had a pool but it was way too dirty to swim in and there was only one dirty lounge chair by the pool. The property promptly responded that it is cleaned once a week on Saturdays. But It needed to be shocked. Rooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean!

Excellent Stay at Our Seaside

Reviewer Comments: The house is in an amazing location, it's very clean, nicely decorated and very well taken care of, and has everything you could possibly need! The pool is such a huge bonus to this house and was very much used by my family! Benchmark Management was incredibly responsive to any needs I had during my stay, and I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this house to anyone lucky enough to visit the area.

Cute 30A house

House is as advertised in the listing. Clean, has wide array of kitchen items for cooking at the house. About 1/2 mile, easy walk to the beach (have to backtrack a bit to get to the public beach entrance). Paid for a heated pool and was cool the first full day, freezing on subsequent days. Maintenance came to fix it and said the pump was blocked (I’m guessing from storm debris as there was a storm the night we arrived). I asked for a partial refund of the heating but management company has not yet offered a final response (it’s been 6 days). Texting with the management company was not productive, I’m pretty certain they were using an automated response system as the responses often did not make sense. The communication frustrations with the management company and cold pool are the reasons for four rather than 5 stars. We overall had a wonderful stay. Thank you for sharing your delightful home!

Great House!

A nice home

Had a great stay at Our Seaside! Pool was perfect and the space was lovely. It should be noted though that to get to the beach, you have to walk through a lake. There is no other public beach access near by. Wagons and ice chests would be hard to carry across the water.

Great spot at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great house, great location and has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped. There is plenty of seating for a large group in the common spaces. The pool is great. The only thing we didn't love is that we had to walk through waist deep water to get to the beach. The section of beach utilized by this home is great because it is not packed with wall to wall people renting chairs. But it was a pain to lug all our stuff through the water to get there. We would stay at this property again for sure. You can't beat the location. The bikes were a huge plus. We had teens with us and it allowed them plenty of freedom to bike down to Seaside.
