Welcome to your coastal retreat, where luxury meets the soothing rhythm of the waves. This oceanfront condo featuring three bedrooms, providing ample space for relaxation and rejuvenation. With 2.5 baths, including a primary ensuite, every comfort is meticulously catered to.
Step onto the balcony and behold the majesty of the ocean, stretching as far as the eye can see. Whether it's sunrise yoga or sunset cocktails, this panoramic vista is your constant companion.
Inside, a recently updated kitchen awaits, equipped with sleek finishes, perfect for culinary adventures or casual dining. Natural light floods the living room, thanks to a captivating skylight, casting a warm glow over the contemporary furnishings and inviting ambiance.
Whether you're seeking serenity or adventure, this oceanfront haven offers the perfect blend of tranquility and excitement. From lazy days on the beach to exploring nearby attractions, every moment is infused with the magic of coastal living. Welcome home to your slice of paradise.
BED CONFIGURATIONS:
1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin, 1 Sleeper Sofa

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
OTHER NOTES:
-No pets
-No smoking
-The community pool typically closes mid-October and reopens April 1st.
-2 parking passes ONLY. Please notify Spectrum Properties if you plan to have more than two vehicles.
