Recently updated, peaceful luxury cottage at Naples Bay Resort with no street noise and tranquil garden, fountain and pool views. Just steps from the pool areas and a short walk, bike ride or free shuttle to 5th Ave, 3rd Street, and Naplesâ beautiful beaches. Includes full access to resort amenities: family and adult-only pools, fitness center, tennis, spa, saunas, and playground. The perfect location to relax and enjoy the best of Naples.

This second floor unit is a spacious 2 bedroom , 2 bath condo. It affords privacy, serenity, and pleasant views of well landscaped grounds and fountain. Perfect for family and friends to enjoy both the home as well as the multiple pools and lazy rivers on the property. Enjoy lush, tropical landscape views from your 2nd floor private lanai.
Living room is an open and airy concept with large flat screen TV, high ceiling fans, and direct access to the screened and covered lanai.
Master bedroom has king bed and a flat screen TV. Adjoining master bathroom has a jetted tub and glass enclosed shower.
Second bedroom contains a queen bed along with a flat screen TV with adjacent second bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Large refrigerator and freezer with ice maker and filtered water dispenser.
Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Condo can accommodate up to 6 people.
One assigned covered parking space and plenty of extra guest parking.
Bath towels and linens are provided. Pool towels provided at Club. Beach towels also provided in master bedroom closet. Starter supplies for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Unit has full size washer and dryer. Portable crib available in master closet.
Local Host is available 24/7 for any needs.
Additional cleaning services during your stay are available upon request.
The Cottage is located in a lovely, safe, and walkable residential area within Naples Bay Resort. Just steps away, youâll find the Hotel, Club and Marina, home to several dining optionsâincluding the newly opened Blackbird Modern Asian, perfect for Happy Hour or a casual dinner.
The Resort has a complimentary shuttle service bringing guests to the popular 5th Avenue, Historic 3rd Street, and the beach.

Resort administration and daily Club fees are payable directly to Naples Bay Resort at check-in.
Nov 1 â May 31: $250 admin fee + $60/day + 6% tax
June 1 â Oct 31: $150 admin fee + $50/day + 6% tax
