ROSE Holidays offers you this lovely apartment just a few metres from the large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne, the town centre, and its Halles market, you can do everything on foot!
Apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located near the seafront, this apartment is on the 2nd floor of a secure residence with a lift.
Bright apartment, beautiful kitchen-living room space open to the balcony, offering a partial view of the ocean.
The balcony is equipped with a pleasant garden furniture, ideal for having lunch in the sun.
Open and functional fully equipped kitchen, kettle, citrus press, microwave, coffee maker (Krups)...
On the night side, you will find a room equipped with two 90 cm beds, and a storage unit.
Comfortable sofa bed in 140 cm in the living room.
Bathroom composed of an Italian shower, a washbasin, towel dryer, hairdryer, washing machine, as well as separate WC.
You will have access to a common bicycle storage room at the bottom of the residence.
Perfect for spending beautiful holidays just steps from the beach!
3 minutes walk from the large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne.
