Vacation lake house right on Conesus Lake. On quiet dead end street. Dock and walk right in water access in the summer. Gas fireplace for the winter. Has three bedrooms and two full baths, including a bath tub. Can sleep ten total people with a pull out couch in living room. Patio off the house overlooking the water. Grill and outdoor fire pit available for use. Parking for three cars available in driveway. North Point park right across the street and only a short drive to Letchworth or Stony Brook State Park.

Amazing Conesus Lake Fall Trip

This is our second time staying here and will not be our last. We love the house and location. Conesus lake is so beautiful and the fall foliage was still at its peak. The house is perfect for our family. Thanks for sharing your home!!

Perfect Escape

Everything was exactly as described and also very clean. We enjoyed the single floor plan. It was especially nice to have the lake right outside our doors. My parents appreciated not having to climb any stairs while viewing the lake. I can’t say enough about Amanda. She went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! She responds to all questions immediately It is our hope to come back next year if she’ll have us. This is the perfect little escape!

Great Lake House

This was our second year at this great little lake house. The house and setting are beautiful and the location on the lake is terrific. We're hoping to be back again next year.

Awesome lake property

Great home with lovely patio looking at the lake. This was a family vacation with our sons their wives and grand children. The walk in swimming was awesome. We fished off the end of the dock and caught many fish. We loved it so much booked for next year.

Wonderful Cottage

Everyone in our family group of 10 enjoyed our week at the cottage. The beds were comfortable, two bathrooms clean with hot showers. Living-room/Kitchen provided great space and a wonderful view of the lake. Good bass fishing with our boat. The grand-kids enjoyed swimming and playing on the water raft.

Beautiful House

We had a wonderful stay at the house. It was clean and had most of the things that we needed. The warning about driving slow on the road should be heeded! One day, a neighbor yelled “slow down a$$hole” at me as I drove by at a very slow rate. They had never said anything to me before that and for some reason just decided to get nasty! The man also looked like he was going to walk over to us but ended up just staring me down. The next day, I believe the same people were out back and shooting some sort of gun (possibly air gun) at the geese. I assume they were just trying to scare the geese away but was very troubling to us as we were trying to enjoy the lake. Overall, we had a good stay though!

Great Lake house

My family has high expectations, this lake house checked every box. Lake is beautiful and watching northern lights over the lake was a memory of a lifetime.

Excellent location

The house is perfect as a base to visit all the tourist things the Finger Lakes has to offer. We went in the off season to catch the eclipse, and it was great! I’m from the area so we didn’t do touristy things, we spent a lot of time at the house. Good seating, comfy beds, well stocked kitchen. Master bedroom had a queen bed and a bunk bed that had a full bed & twin bed. The 2nd bedroom had a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom had a bunk bed with a full & twin bed.

Great Stay by the Water

This house was an excellent place for a weekend getaway with friends. The house had lots of space for 4 adults and plenty left over. It is in a great, quiet spot right on the water and just a few minutes' drive from Geneseo and Lakeville. Would definitely stay again in the future!

Great Getaway

The cottage was very clean and comfortable for us. It was very well stocked. There were 4 of us and we had plenty of room. Beds were very comfortable. We had a few questions and found that Angela responded very quickly. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect for the weekend

My family rented this cute little house for 2 nights. We had a family wedding at Deer Run so the location was perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable. The TV with all the remotes were a little challenging but we got through it. Overall, I would definitely rent this house again. Check in / out was simple. Thank you Amanda :)

Loved the clean cottage & location!

The property was excellent. I had a few questions (about the operation of the TV) and had no contact phone # for the owners. The cottage was great - much better than the on-line pictures conveyed. Would certainly rent again.

Quite lovely

We stayed here for a quick weekend birthday getaway, and it was really wonderful. It's right on the lake with a pier out into the shallow water. The kitchen is spacious, which was nice as we had four adults and two teenagers shuffling around in there. A really nice, cozy little lake house with all the amenities for a relaxing weekend away.

Best Week Ever!

We have been coming to Conesus Lake for several years. This has been the best lake house and location by far. So much so, we already booked again for next year. House was clean and up to date. No problems whatsoever. I would highly recommend this property to any one!

Wonder home and a great location

We really enjoyed our week at the lake. The home was perfect and everything you could possibly need was there. The lakeside deck was fabulous which is where we spent most of our time. Our daughter and two teenage grandsons were with us and really enjoyed kayaking. We certainly would rent again.

Relaxation at its finest

Our stay was so enjoyable and relaxing. Walk outside to the beautiful lake just footsteps away. We kayaked daily and enjoyed every moment of it.! Amanda was attentive and answered all of our questions. She was extremely nice and helpful. Her husband Chris was equally kind. Our space was exactly as described and the beds offered much comfort. We would definitely stay here again if they would have us. It was peaceful, beautiful and so relaxing. Thanks Amanda and Chris for sharing this little slice of paradise with us!
