Looking Forward to a Return Stay

Spent a full week at this lovely lake house feet from the water! Loved the covered porch on the waterfront and the extended dock. Furniture was very comfortable throughout. Kitchen was top notch.

Wonderful Weekend Getaway

Had a memorable time at this property which is right on the lake. The dock offers scenic solitude and the fishing is great too! Even saw a bald eagle flying over. The king size bed is super comfortable and the shower is fantastic. Will stay here again and highly recommend.

A fabulous waterfront Cottage

Phil: The Waterfront cottage on Conesus lake is spectacular ... all brand new, perfectly decorated, (even had photos of life on Conesus lake from the early 1900s through the 1960's). The cottage was clean, well stocked and right on the lake.. a beautiful view. I will be returning next year!! Thank you so much Phil!!!

Perfect Relaxation Spot!!

Book this place…trust me! My girlfriend and I stayed at this lake front house for a long weekend and it was absolutely fantastic. The inside of the house is quaint and comfortable with everything you could need. The outside has a great deck setup, as well as both a table and fireplace closer to the water. The property was very quiet, the only noise we heard was from the water, boats driving by, or the fireplace crackling at night. We ran into the neighbors a couple of times and

amazing place

We really enjoyed staying here for a Fall weekend get away. It was absolutely beautiful and had all the amenities we needed. The view of Conesus Lake was gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again.

Great cottage on a beautiful lake!

This place is wonderful! Just steps from the lake. It has a lovely porch for relaxing and looking at the lake. The house is small, but has everything you need. It is nicely decorated. The kitchen is beautiful and well stocked. We were very fortunate to enjoy warm weather for most of the week… even in October. It has a nice park just next door. And there is plenty to do in the area. Highly recommend!!

Fabulous!

The house was fabulous and we loved it. As a side note, the living room was air conditioned but the bedrooms were not. There were fans provided, but I still found the main bedroom to be warm. The second bedroom is very small, not ideal for adults and does not have a window.

- Spacious deck with a stunning lake view where you can see pretty much the entire lake. Great people/boat watching as this is the narrowest part of the lake - Nice dock, canoe/kayak access, fire pit, and a barbecue grill. - We loved relaxing and enjoying nature. - Very serene and peaceful atmosphere. - Impeccable cleanliness and maintenance. - High-end kitchen equipment ideal for cooking enthusiasts. - Beautiful and tranquil location, ideal for a relaxing getaway. - Friendly and responsive host and support staff who ensure a comfortable stay. - Comfortable accommodations with a cozy master bedroom with King Size Bed. Staying at the Slice of Heaven Cottage was an absolute delight. The chef's kitchen exceeded expectations, allowing us to prepare fantastic meals while enjoying the stunning lake view. The peaceful surroundings and comfortable accommodations made it a perfect retreat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to escape and unwind in a beautiful, well-taken-care-of cottage that is close to everything! Would love to stay here again!

the lake view was beautiful but no fault of the host our weather was rainy so we were unable to use the outdoors as much as we would have liked the location is close to everything which we loved.

Lovely little house right on the lake

Although very close to neighbors (sharing a dock and lakefront), the house is perfect for a couple or small family. It’s right next door to the park, so you also have access to a good swimming area. Beachcombers bar and restaurant is a few minutes drive, and deer run winery is a similar distance. Great little summer retreat.

We’re not always upside down, but it was a fun day! Jk - It's so good here we had to acquire the house next door too 5350. This is where my 2 girls and I come to bond and stay centered on the most important things, each other. It is also a great spot for gathering with friends and more family which is what we do all the time too.

Stress disappears immediately here. Everyone that comes here never wants to leave! Once you are here it's quickly understood what makes this private but accessible spot so alluring.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Water goes from zero to about 5' deep in @125 feet off shore before it drops off to 38'. Great for swimming and hanging out. The water is always good here even late summer. The dock is over 100 feet long with plenty of places to sit and relax in the sun or star gaze at night. The end of this dock truly puts you at the center of the lake as you can see both ends of the lake clearly. Level parking and yard. Up to 2-3 deeded level parking spots plus parking at the park next door for any over flow. It's very close to any needed or wanted amenities by car or by water.
