Enchanting couple’s retreat with huge 16” rain shower, soaking tub and bedroom on second floor that opens onto a big deck in a grove of walnut trees...like living in a tree house. Beautiful contemporary cedar and glass home finished in 2021. Cozy living room, kitchen with wood deck out the kitchen door. Laundry/office area also opens on the upper deck. Home is full of local art and woodwork made from trees removed to build the house. Lots of wildlife to watch and enjoy, 2 acres to roam if you like. (local Registration # 1517291-1)

Fairytale weekend

Cinderella’s Guest House was a perfect stay for a relaxing weekend in Lexington and for good racing at Keeneland. Gae has a perfect retreat home in an easy location with enough privacy and oh-so-fun amenities. We loved it!

Perfect stay

This was our third year in a row staying at the house and it was nothing short of perfect. The location, cleanliness and hospitality from the host was nothing short perfect. We can’t wait to go back!

Heaven in Kentucky

This a beautiful home and it is so convenient for my visit. Has everything a person would need. Very quiet yet not in “the boonies”! I will continue to stay here.

Wonderful, artsy vacation rental

This beautiful rental is like staying in a modern, well appointed art gallery. Vibrant artwork adorns nearly every room. The special features and thoughtful amenities provided by the host were much appreciated. We also liked the proximity to the U of K and other attractions.

Amazing experience

Loved everything about this home. Best location for my trip, close to airport and campus! Very, very comfortable bed, great deck to chill out on while sipping some wine! I will definitely be back!

Excellent

My wife and I stayed while we attended the nearby horse races at Keeneland. The location and overall property was perfect. We had a wonderful stay. Flowers and wine were a nice touch and much appreciated.

Perfect place to stay for the races

Got this place as it only 1 mile from Keeneland Race track. Everything was smooth from check in to check out. The house is very nice. Some really cool décor as well. Should consider adding a bigger bed to the second room upstairs!

Wonderful place to stay!!

This is an excellent place to stay! House is perfectly clean, everything is stylish and new with high quality furnishings and extremely comfortable king bed! The owners are really helpful and nice and will resolve any issues you run into. We look forward to staying with them again in the future!!

Location, location, location

Nice cabin with many unexpected perks like wine, snacks, teas, and heated towels in the bath. Very comfortable bed, kitchenware galore, and bold artwork. Located next to Keeneland racetrack and central to horse farm tours, and the bourbon trail. We will stay here again.

Awesome

This was a great place to stay. Beautiful. Spotless, comfortable, relaxing. Location was superb to explore the area. We were greeted with bottles of wine and freshcut flowers. Could not have been better.

Practically brand new home

Very modern, convenient to many attractions, host was very prompt to adress any issues. Very clean, anything you would need to feel comfortable. Nice gifts from the host.
