Clean- outdated

Place is clean but outdated. Coffee maker didn’t work real well and futon had to stay in upright position because it was broken. Not a bad place for the price

Renter Beware (especially if you have cat allergies)

Checkin was easy and the property had many nice amenities like an indoor pool, laundry machines, reserved parking, and a concessions stand. But the only good thing about the actual apartment was the master bed in the master bedroom. Other than that, the rest of the furniture was soooo uncomfortable and the couch was infested with cat hair. Unfortunately we only figured that out after the first night when my son who is allergic to cats woke up the next day with hives all over. We had to contact a friend in the area and ask if our son could stay there instead. This meant, for the rest of the weekend, we had to drive a half hour round trip to drop off or pick up our son off at our friends house and that he couldn’t be in the apartment hanging out or playing games with the family. What a horrible way to spend a family vacation weekend. I tried to contact the owner and have had no response after multiple messages.

Las Palmas 1 bedroom

We were at this property for 6 nights, and for the first 3 1/2 days did not have TV or internet. This was due to the whole resort changing to another carrier, however, our unit was not taken care of prior to our arrival. We spent many hours waiting for the cable people. Also the living room furniture was very uncomfortable.

Mediocre Stay

First of all, I would not stay here again. Having the bedroom right by the lighted hallway outside is not good. The bedroom never gets completely dark for sleeping. The owner needs to put black out curtains up. The kitchen was very scare in terms of supplies. When we usually stay at Las Palmas I don't have to go buy oil, salt and pepper, seasoning etc. The place didn't even have a pancake flipper.

Great family get away

This place was great for our little family to call home base while visiting St. George. My two children loved all of the on sight pools and the community is in a central spot of St. George making it easy to get to restaurants, parks, and movie theaters. I had great interactions with Bryan the host as well. Will definitely be coming back at a later date!!!

Great stay at Las Palmas!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was clean, quiet, nicely outfitted, and had a great view. The resort was a lot of fun. From the pools, to pickleball, to the weight room, there was lots to do and the facilities were great. We had a very positive experience, and a lot of gratitude toward the owners here. Thanks a lot!

Good stay at Las Palmas

The property at Las Palmas is great for families. There is a number of pools, a waterslide, parks etc. The unit was clean, check-in was easy, and was well represented in the pictures. I enjoyed my two days there and would definitely stay again. The unit is a bit dated, but it is clean and comfortable and the grounds of the facilities are great. Overall, I had a great stay.

Beautiful resort getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this condo and the assorted pools, clubhouse, and the beautiful view from the balcony. Bed was comfortable, and condo was clean. We did have an issue with the lock not working late one evening, but the owner was quick to communicate and remedy the problem.

Beautiful View

The property was as described, clean and looked just like the pictures. The view from the balcony was breath taking. The multiple pools were nice for options and made each pool feel like we were in a different place. So close to all the adventure we had in mind, I don't think anything was more than 15 minutes away in any direction.

Spectacular stay overlooking St. George

We had an absolute wonderful and picturesque stay at this property. Communication from the owner / property manager was timely, accurate and reliable. The photos of the property are accurate and the amenities of the resort are everything a fun family or couple could hope for.

Nice place but lousy ventilation

The condo was clean and nice, however, at 1030pm someone from a nearby condo started cooking taco meat with onions. The smell filled our condo for the entire night and well into the next day.
