DIRECT OCEANFRONT, fully updated, ground floor, single-family Home; 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths. The home is all new and beautiful!! 50 feet of deepwater dockage with immediate access to the Ocean and Gulf and a gas dock right around the corner. Amazing views of the Atlantic and beyond. Now, with a pool just steps away from the ocean.

This carefree classic 'Keys' home is located in a very quiet, established neighborhood. There are no mobile homes, vacant lots, or trash of any kind anywhere near the home. Conveniently and centrally located with various food options, including the really good local fish market and restaurant within walking distance!
The Lobster House has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and sleeps up to 8. The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you will need to cook your catch! There is a large covered patio overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, with a barbecue and plenty of seating for a crowd. The pool is just ten feet away from the ocean.
Dock up to a 40 ft boat out your back door; water is 7 feet deep at the dock at low tide. Boat rentals are available just 3 mins away. Fishermen, we have it all! Bait freezer, cleaning table, and a grill to cook your catch! And the green light brings the fish in at night.

Pool heat or chill is available for $250 per week. You are welcome to arrange this in

Fun in the sun

Our stay was wonderful! The outside space is so beautiful and relaxing. Everything was just as pictured. We enjoyed the pool, the grill and fishing off the dock. The views are spectacular!

Perfect

Great spot on the water with million dollar views! House was perfect for the family. Enjoyed the marine life right outside and the pool. Would certainly recommend staying here for a peaceful stay.

Comfortable convenient waterfront masterpiece

From first minute excellent communication w owners - place is easy- comfortable- updated and excellent amenities- great pool- dock- pool toys - spent so much time in water and rented a boat- location made for simple docking and access to famous sand bar or lobstering at bridge - owner so quick and friendly to communicate - definitely hope to be back!❤️

Lobster House

What a great and relaxing vacation! The home was beautiful and the ocean view and access was amazing. Saw 7 manatees right off the dock as well as fish. The home was clean and comfy and the owners were so kind and helpful.

Family vacation

We had a great stay on the water in beautiful Marathon. There were a few hiccups with things in the house but the owner was extremely responsive in assisting us. The house is centrally located in the keys and offered a great place to anchor our stay for exploring many of the keys.

This house was perfect for us. There is enough parking for 2 large vehicles and a 24' boat trailer. The house was decorated nicely and has a dock in a prime location.

Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful stay! The dock was perfect for fishing, launching kayaks/paddle boards and just sitting with a drink watching the manatees and gorgeous sunsets! The deeper area in front of the dock was great for fishing/docking larger boats. Further out are shallow sea grass beds that were perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding without having to worry about boat traffic! The house was clean and had everything we needed for an awesome week in the Keys!

Little Venice with Million Dollar View

This property is absolutely amazing! Being in the middle Keys, the location if fantastic any activity that a family wants to do anywhere in the Keys! A Little Slice of Paradise

The beauty of this property is outstanding. The amenities and proximity to everything we wanted to do made our trip so much fun. We watched manatees off the dock, fished, lay out in the sun, and enjoyed the hot tub and patio. The beds were comfortable, there was plenty of space and enough bathrooms, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed! Having a washer and dryer was a big bonus too! The owners were easily available whenever needed, and any hang up was quickly taken care of so our trip could be as relaxing and laid back as possible. We will definitely be booking this property again- I cannot recommend enough!

Amazing Vacation

The Lobster House was exactly what we wanted in a vacation rental. The home was spacious, and with 6 adults, three bathrooms was a plus. However the overall flow of the house was great. Huge open concept where we were able to gather as a family. The patio/ dock is crazy good! We ate under the roof, complete with ceiling fan. We used the hot tub and loungers, and fished from the deep water dock each day. We also saw Manatees several times from the dock. You cannot go wrong with April and Mark’s rental. Truly one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever stayed in.

My husband grew up in the Keys on the water fishing and exploring. Our family has spent our vacations since and we've loved sharing this experience with our kids.

Varför värden valde detta boende

The moment we saw this property, we knew it was the one for us. I mean, the view!! And the marine life... our first time there, we saw french angelfish swimming at our feet and a pair of manatees visited. Since then we've watched tarpon and snapper frequent the dock, permits jumping in the flats right in front of the house, and the manatees have been regular visitors.
