Indian River Waterfront Paradise. Make your Vacation Family memories at this cozy Indian River Cottage. Walking or Bike riding distance to downtown. Come snowmobile the tip of the mitt right off the main trail in Indian River. You can ride 5 different trail systems. In warm weather relax on the waterfront watching the boats go by or jump on your own boat right from your dock. If you don't have a boat, just walk to the nearby marina and rent one. Fish, swim or kayak right from the dock. Enjoy the view while grilling by the river or walk to downtown to eat. Snowmobiling and ATV trails also in walking distance. Only 25 minutes to Mackinac City and apx half hour from Boyne Mountain. Close to so many activities year around. Just be careful, you may not want to leave.

Exceptional

We were only able to stay a few nights, but enjoyed them all. The outdoor space is perfect for a family gathering or sitting in a chair watching the boats go by. The inside space was very spacious and plenty of room for our group of 7. The location is perfect for exploring both lakes. We will definitely try to rent again if we are ever back in Indian River!

Awesome

This place was way better than expected. The neighbors are incredibly friendly. We really enjoyed the stay and watching the boats go up and down the river. The house is very clean and honestly went way beyond our expectations!!

Fantastic place

Group of guys and our boys have been going on an annual fishing trip for 20+ years. Decided to give this place a try this year. Great place and location. Would recommend to anyone.

Clean, Cute, Everything You Need Close to Town

Very clean and beautifully updated chalet! We enjoyed our stay very much and had a relaxing few days. The description says there is a hot tub, but we did not find one there. It also talks about being able to pull up to the dock, but it looked too shallow and rocky to attempt.

Vacation paradise

Wonderful location and easy access to Inland Waterway. Plenty of room for our entire family! Easy access for launching our pontoon and a place to dock pontoon right out front. We loved being able to grill while watching boats go by and relax on the comfortable furniture on the deck and boardwalk by river. Well stocked with amenities and loved being able to sign in to tv apps if desired. Lots of parking for three vehicles and trailer. Thanks for a wonder Labor Day getaway. You were a great host! We loved Vivios Pizza! Would love to come back next summer!

Beautiful spot on the river!

We loved staying at this listing over the weekend. 8 adults and it went smoothly. Listing is exactly as posted. They have everything you need in their kitchen. Docking our boat was easy right at the location with the launch being just down the road. This listing is currently for sale! Which we were sad because we would love to rent this house again! 10/10, highly suggest!

Beautiful weekend in Indian River

Excellent stay for three nights with our boat. The dock was right out the backyard from the house. Check in was easy and our hist was super responsive. This is good walking distance to downtown Indian River. The boat ramp was right up the road. We were perfectly located between Mullet and Burt Lake. Inside the house the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen appear to be recently remodeled. The listing did state a hot tub, bur there is not one there. We were on our boat all weekend and didn't miss it. I would love to come back to this VRBO!

Wonderful spot!

This home is in a quiet area conveniently located to the lakes and rivers. It was accurately described. Unlike many VRBO properties, this home was well stocked with general items such as detergent, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, bath soap. There were ample kitchen utensils and cookware. The kitchen table and seating were great. All appliances were very nice, stainless steel and worked great. The outdoor area was so relaxing with beautiful furniture and a fire pit with seating. Lots of thought went into this. We stayed with just 4 adults, though can sleep more. The master was very comfortable and upstairs beds as well. There are two bathrooms, one shower. One shower for 4 people was adequate. We may reserve this property again next year (depending on # of people). Leanna was very responsive and I would highly recommend a stay here. Thank you Leanna!

Indian River Get-a-way

This house directly on the river was great for our annual Burt Lake fishing trip. The house was overall clean, and plenty of amenities inside to make our stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Wasn’t quite what we expected looked a lot bigger in the pictures. Are water pressure was terrible and the water had a sulfur smell to it .

Waterfront Cottage

This listing was very nice to stay with friends. Our suggestion would be addition of kitchen accessories: wine key, large utensils, cookie sheet, lg mixing bowl (has a hole in it) and also a hair dryer. The lack of fireplace use was disappointing. Other than that, it was very clean, and comfortable.

Great Location

Very clean nice deck with great seating has a real nice outdoor table to eat at. Could use a few more pots and pans. Other than that fantastic place to stay.
