Relaxing two bedroom riverside condo

Our condo is comfy and cozy and newly remodeled.

Two bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, washer and dryer, gas fireplace. Both bedrooms are on the second floor; the stairs up to the second floor are not steep but please be aware of this. Our couch is a full-sized pullout bed.

We have two decks that face the ever-changing Mississippi river. Relax on our decks with a glass of wine and watch the river: eagles, herons, egrets along with barges and boats of every kind.
Wander over to Slippery's bar and grill; listen to music on their outdoor patio or walk downtown Wabasha to shop and dine.
Remember that you are by the river so throw in a little bug spray with you for the evenings on the deck!

There are times when you stay at a place where you wish you could stay indefinitely, for it meets more then your expectations,.....for my family,this was IT. Not only was the location ideal,next to the famous Grumpy old Men Slipperies libation,but the condo even smelled like it was just finished being built,just for our visit. Fresh,clean and had every necessity we needed for our stay. Watching the occational barges go by on the Mississippi, added to our delight. A definate wonderful stay,hopefully to have again.Kudos to Mary and Mark. Thank you

Weekend Trip

We have stayed here on a couple of occasions now and really enjoyed the experience. Location is perfect right on the river a close to many eating establishments and bars.

Property is very nice and the owners are very friendly and easy to deal with. This is my family’s second time at this property and we will be back! The location is perfect! So much to do In Wabasha. And you can walk everywhere in town!

Beautiful location and wonderful hosts

It doesn't get much better than this place. Right on the water, next door to the famous Slippery's Restaurant (from the Grumpy Old Men movies) and nestled in the quiet (and mostly undiscovered) town of Wabasha, right on the Mississippi River! Our hosts were incredibly responsive and the place was clean & organized. Enjoy the patio just steps from the river, or the view of passing boats & barges from the cozy bedroom upstairs. Walk a couple blocks to the small downtown area for fun pubs & restaurants, almost all locally owned & run. Can't wait to go back next year!

Relaxing stay by the river

This condo in Wabasha was a wonderful place for a vacation and family reunion. (Others stayed in other units.) The photos do it justice. The condo complex was especially quiet during the week which we appreciated. We loved sitting on the decks and watching the river and barges flow by, and seeing the sunrise from our bedroom in the morning. It is an easy walk into the center of town, and having Slippery’s bar next door was an extra convenience (It is not noisy.). The condo was clean, comfortable and well-equipped. There is a large gas grill on the porch which came in handy. Having a few condiments and other non-perishable food from previous residents was a bonus. We did not meet the hosts but the instructions for getting into the condo and for checking out were very clear. Thank you to Mark and Mary for sharing their condo.

What a fun weekend! Beautiful property right by the water and by Slippery’s. Close to the marina and downtown. Felt like we were home and had the most amazing sunset pictures!

Wonderful location right on the Mississippi River.

The place was as described. It had a deck on the main floor and off the riverside bedroom. All rooms had AC and even the decks had ceiling fans, so kept the air moving. It was only about 6 blocks to the National Eagle Center. I brought 2 granddaughters with me, ages 8 and 12. We did the "Eaglet Scavenger Hunt" - you can find it on the Eagle Center website or in the info for Wabasha. It was challenging, but the girls enjoyed the escapade. Very little traffic, quiet, sleepy, friendly town. Would stay there again. Would be gorgeous in the fall with the bluffs . A little musty inside, but manageable with my allergies.

Great place to stay in Wabasha!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Cozy place with everything you need. Exceeded our expectations. Super clean! We loved sitting on the deck facing the river - watching eagles in the morning and sipping wine in the evening. We even had a fire in the firepit on the river one night. Wabasha is such a great town - lots of shops and they do fall and Halloween right! So many fun outside activities for small kids. This was the perfect place to stay for two couples and would be great for a family too. Would definitely stay again as well as recommend to others. Thanks for sharing your place!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is perfect. The view from the deck is fantastic. We enjoyed watching all the boats go up and down the river. We rented a pontoon boat for one day and really enjoyed the use of the dock space at the condo.
