It comes with an open floor plan. The homely living space features a comfortable seating area, a TV, and a dining table. The room has oversized windows that brighten the space, making it even more inviting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven, and a microwave.

There are four bedrooms. Two contain two single beds, while two others have a double bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The bathrooms contain all the essentials for convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned and strategically sanitized for your safety.

The garage and parking are both available for use during your stay.

The beach is 600 meters from the house on foot.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
