Easy access to beaches and other attractions!

This four bedroom, two bathroom home comes fully furnished with four full sized beds and futon to comfortably sleep ten (10) guests, as well as a spacious dining room that leads out to the upper-level deck. The deck is equipped with a covered table, four chairs, and a gas grill. Just under a mile and a half from Scarborough State Beach, guests can enjoy the sun, sand and beautiful water before returning to this property and lounging in the backyard around the fire pit.

This property is professionally managed by Ann O’Brien Realty servicing southern Rhode Island for over 40 years. Our team is available to you seven days a week as needed.

603 Point Judith Rd.

This was the 2nd time we stayed at this property. The location is great to get dropped at Scarborough Beach or ride bikes to. We also enjoyed the fenced in yard for our dog. There were plenty of bedrooms and a TV/futon downstairs so the teens had their own area, as well as their own bathroom. The outdoor shower is always a favorite after the beach. The only downside is it is on a busy street so it's hard to pull out of and it can be noisy at times with the traffic.

Smell of mold forced us out of the property

We arrived later in the day, unpacked and found a place to eat and went to the grocery store for supplies. We got back unpacked the groceries, and went to bed. The next morning we got up with splitting head aches, and I went into an asthma attack. We spent the next 4 hours on the phone trying to resolve the situation with the Host and Vrbo. Vrbo said we'd receive half of our money back, no explanation of how or when? We found another booking on our own and had to pay more than we had originally planed cost me $4000. instead of $2000.00 Still waiting to hear from Vrbo as to when we'll receive some of our refund.
