We loved our house in Colorado Springs! Our hosts were so helpful with everything, especially traveling with a 10 month old, and they went over and above to accommodate us! We came to Colorado Springs for my son’s graduation from Nurse Practitioner school at UCCS and it was an amazing time with friends and family! Thank you Brent and Jenn for everything!

Great property! We loved everything about it. We were in Co Springs visiting my wife's brother. My family (wife and 3 young kids) + my mother-in-law stayed here. It was perfect for our needs. MIL got the downstairs and we stayed upstairs. Downstairs living room was perfect hangout while we were putting baby to sleep upstairs. Everything super clean, very nice neighborhood. Lots of rabbits hopping around. We went for a walk and seemed very safe. Trail nearby also. We especially loved the backyard - giant chess board was a huge hit! Wife's uncle and his family was also visiting in town at a separate house and we ended up gathering at our VRBO most evenings because of the back yard. A+ all great, will plan to stay here again next time we visit. Thanks!

This property was great and met the needs of our group of two couples. The kitchen was well supplied as were the bathrooms. It was in a convenient location to local restaurants and sites we were keen to visit, and we enjoyed morning walks around the neighborhood and discovered a great walking/biking path not far away. We were all pleased with the unit and enjoyed a couple of nights in with pizza and soccer games! Parking was convenient and the backyard activities were a nice bonus. We enjoyed brisk mornings sitting out on the backyard deck with our coffee. The owners were great to communicate with, though we really needed nothing during our stay. We would definitely return! It was much bigger inside than we thought from the street! Having the washer and dryer on site was amazing and we took full advantage! Overall 5 stars!

This was the perfect fit for our family together. There's nothing fancy about this place, but it is well thought out and all of what we needed and then some was there. The space is open and great for gathering either inside or out.

Perfect space for us!

This house was just perfect for our stay in Colorado Springs. We had two couples and more than enough room. It was nice that each couple had their own space (one up and one down). The house is decorated very cute and the kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and in a centrally located area for everything that we wanted to get to. Thanks for a great stay!

The home was a great place to relax with 3 of my kids (ages 6 to 11) while we were in Colorado Springs while 1 of my kids went to a camp nearby. The kitchen was a great help... I was able to save money on dining out by making meals and grilling during the week. Everyone was comfortable; the AC worked well and the beds were cozy. Plenty of room for us! I appreciated the interior design... felt like our home away from home.

Great meeting space!

We had a quick business trip where we needed to have a place to stay and a place to meet all day. This place was perfect! Bright and cheery atmosphere, TV easily connected to our laptops for viewing, the backyard was a fun break in between sessions. The hosts were 'johnny on the spot' anytime I reached out with a question. We will definitely be back!
